BTW, my partner is 5' 5" and 148 lbs. and she wore a size small too. (We purchased a size medium as a back-up, and it was gigantic on both of us!). The only thing that I was bummed about was that the top didn't come with a pocket, so we had to safety pin our badge to the front, rather than having the ability to simply clip it. I ordered an x-small and was a little worried since I usually wear small with store bought scrubs. The top I received was a little roomier than I'm used to but still ok. The bottoms...HUGE. I'm a bit bottom heavy so I was surprised that the crotch was halfway to my knees and I looked like I had a diaper on until I rolled the top of the pants down once. For the great price, think they are fine and I'm ok with adjusting them a little. I'm 5'0" and they were a little long (as expected for my height) which would probably make them look like pedal pushers if you are taller than 5'8". Color is nice.
