Wonderful supplements! Broke my 5th metatarsal and these helped me along the journey. Had them with every meal!

I had bloodwork done a few months ago and a bone density test done. My doctor said I was low on calcium, and my bone density test results were osteopenia. He said I needed to take more calcium to build up my bones. In 2005 and 2010 I had rotator cup surgery, and my left shoulder had been aching/hurting for several months whereas I couldn't hold a cup of coffee in my left hand without my hand shaking because I had zero upper arm strength. So after my doctor recommended me taking more calcium, I did some research and ran across the Bone Builder here on Amazon, and read the results of the people who took it. Instead of taking the 3 tablets daily as it suggested, I began taking 1 tablet daily for a week, then the following week, I began taking it morning and night. Since then, I have much better upper arm strength, I can hold a coffee cup without shaking, put dishes away, etc. If anyone is struggling with bone or calcium issues, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT DID WONDERS FOR ME!!!

When I broke my 5th metatarsal in my foot during a soccer game, I was looking at how I could get back out on the field and the road (being a runner) as soon as possible. I know our bodies are a collection of substances, so I looked to supplement with the building blocks that build bones so my foot would heal. Well, 6 weeks later, after taking BB and other supplements, I was back on the road. My Dr. was surprised given my age at how fast I healed. Not being scientific, I certainly think BB and resting the injury did some magic. We'll, just broke my big toe during a run so I am back on BB. I know...just crazy. I will update this review when I am able to run again and if BB helped. Easy to take, I just crunch them, they are not too big. Just have a drink near by.

Good product

Some other BS supplements require you to take more tablets/day or contain 90% magnesium. Magnesium in avocados, dark chocolate, bananas, and electrolyte powder water additive.

I sprained my wrist working out. Due to my "age" my trainer and physical therapist both assumed it was broken, because a 20 something at our gym sustained the same fall and broke hers. X-rays revealed no break, no fracture, just a sprain. They were astonished. I was a little surprised and relieved myself. This is not the only supplement I take, but it is my calcium supplement. I also take Boron. I am a 60+ year old woman whose bones appear to respond much better than a 20 something. It must work?!

Easy on the stomach

It is wrong for me. I am unable to take it. Makes me ill. Something in it that doesn’t agree with me. I will check with my doctor soon! . I am sorry I can’t get “Bone-up”anymore!! Delivery was fine!
