I bought it because it's organic, unbleached, unbromated and non-GMO, but love it because it's a great all around flour. I've ordered it several times and have used it for everything from sourdough breads to pie crusts to frying fish to gravy and it gives perfect results every time. Great Milling is my go-to flour.

Love to bake wirh this flour. Taste and texture is great. You can tell the chemicals are obsolete in the flour and the process is different from other flours.

This flour is of great quality. I have used it to make lots of bread at home, and it is of very high quality. It's super lightweight. The color is white. All of my bread has risen pretty good so it seems to do the job.

First, pouring the flour into a permanent storage container showed NO bugs. The aroma from the flour is amazing! A deep lovely wheat smell with strong fruity notes. The fruit smell did not translate into cooked products, but the taste was amazing! I've been making Sourdough bread for over thirty years and this is the most amazing flour I have yet used. The description does not give the protein content, but the labeling does...it is 11.3% (3.4 g:30g), right in the middle for all purpose flour (generally considered to be 10-12% protein). The label shows this lot of flour is sourced in Canada.

I make most of our food from scratch. I do my best to eat healthy and organic foods, which means I go through a good amount of flour. I use this for breads, pastries, pizzas, and everything in between. I have definitely noticed a difference after eating like this, to the point where store bought bread will make me and my husband sick. This flour is amazing, and as far as price goes this is about as good as it gets for high quality organic flour.

I love this flour. How it was packaged however is another story. The box ii was in was literally falling apart. Thankfully the bag of flour was intact. I think this on Amazon but it is important to mention. Please package more securely next time.

When I bought this I thought my this is expensive! But after making our first loaves for dinner tonight, I'm not going back to another flour. The bread is spongy, soft, and oh my it's so good!
