An essential mineral

I love this supplement! It is very easy to take and helps makes my tired legs feel great. It also helps with my relaxation of my body. It is gentle and I have IBS so it does not upset my stomach. Great product that I have added to my everyday morning routine!

This is the blend that works the best for my body. I have tried many with little to no noticeable difference. This is the 1st time I noticed magnesium. I take 2 at night and it’s my perfect dose. Probably the best magnesium supplement on the market. I’ve tried many within the year and right away noticeable improvements. Skin is softer than ever and improved energy levels. For best results you wanna avoid taking it with other supplements such as calcium, Iron, Zinc to maximize absorption.

Occasionally, I have been known to wake up in the middle of the night to painful leg cramps. It's something I've dealt with for quite a while. I've tried to remedy the issue by eating more bananas and foods high in potassium but would still occasionally get one. Then one day someone I know mentioned they had read something about how magnesium can also help. They suggested I try a magnesium supplement so I ordered this to give it a try. The product itself is comes in a typical supplement-style bottle. While they don't show it in the photos, the bottle itself has a safety tab on the front of the lid that must be removed before the bottle can be opened. It contains 60 140mg capsules, each providing 33% of your recommended daily value of magnesium. Each capsule is approximately the same size as a standard Tylenol gel cap and are easy to swallow. The capsules seem very uniform and well made, none of them were coming apart or seemed to have any type of manufacturing blemish that would cause me concern. In terms of effectiveness, I honestly couldn't say just yet. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and so far have not had any leg cramps. However, since the cramps can appear at random, I would likely need to keep taking them for an extended period of time before coming to a conclusion. While the jury may still be out in regard to my leg cramps, my current impression is that this is a quality product. In my opinion, the price for this product may be a little high. A quick check online indicates other magnesium products can range anywhere from $10 to $35.
