**Q: I need to contact "faucet and accessories" about this vj10 goulds pump. i have this model, but older. want to use the upper motor on my lower section?**
A: That's exactly what I did. I un bolted the 4 bolts holding the pump to the lower half. I cleaned it and used the new o ring. I was done in 15 minutes. Always remember to disconnect power before you work on this. Turn off power, disconnect the electric first and make hooking the electric the last thing you do to finish.

**Q: do all parts come with jet pump , pressure switch and diodes it come assembled like the picture  ?**
A: yes

**Q: Does this come with a pressure gauge?**
A: yes

**Q: Is vertical VJ10 a double nose pump**
A: Our VJ 10 needed a special coupling - inner tube (pick up) and outer - local pump company sold me one.

Very easy to install you will just need to pick up a gasket and ( 2 ) 1/2 inch X 1-1/4 inch bolts and ( 2 ) Slim flat washers so you can install it. FYI The first Goulds VJ10 pump last Me 22 years so I Bought the same one. Hoping I get the same service out of it .

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install-needs better instructions

The pump was extremely easy to install, but the instructions could have been better. If you are reasonably mechanically inclined, you can figure it out for yourself. You simply unbolt the old pump, remove the threaded bolts from the old pump and screw them into the new one. You can go out and purchase new bolts, but good luck finding the correct size. The old bolts were in good condition, so we re-used them. The pump is easy to hook up electrically (2 wires and a ground), but there are no instructions to tell you how to set the pressure on and off mechanism. We had to Google the instructions to get it set correctly. The entire installation took about a hour and half.
