Benchmark BouquetsBig Blooms, With Vase (Fresh Cut Flowers)

I can not say enough wonderful things about these flowers. This is the 4th time I've either sent or received these. This time however was in July under an extreme heat advisory in Southern California . Temperatures reaching 110* outside this week. These poor flowers sat in a hot delivery truck for 12 hours. I was sure they would be cooked from the heat after that. My Aunt received these flowers in perfect condition. She said they were packaged beautifully for the weather. They stayed alive and cool. That is amazing to me! These are the flowers almost a week later.

The lilys all looked like they had been crumpled up and one bud was already broken off when I opened the box. The box was completely intact and undamaged. So it appears the flowers went into the box damaged.

I ordered two bouquets of benchmark flowers, and both arrived on time, and they were absolutely beautiful. Some of the petals on the ends were a little bit dry probably from transportation, but I quickly picked them off and they are amazing. I order flowers quite often for friends and clients and I’ve always used SEND FLOWERS or another website… Going forward, given the spectacular roses and affordability, benchmark has my business!!

I ordered this for my mom’s birthday and was totally disappointed. The bouquet in the picture looks nothing like what she received... mostly green fill ins and no flowers. I wish I could’ve given zero stars. I feel horrible that someone who has sacrificed so much for me received a bunch of leaves. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Really fresh, the photo is just out of the package. The lilies open within a couple of days, which is what I expected, and then this bouquet will be even more beautiful. Shipping was unexpectedly uber fast, so my mom got these in time for Mother's Day (shipping originally said 1 week, which would have been after MD, it was delivered next day, prior to MD, so I'm thrilled)Don't hesitate to use this company. Just make sure your recipient doesn't leave the box on their porch in the heat or cold.
