First, this is a great bargain. I received two 100-tablet bottles for less than what I normally pay at CVS for one. My original problem was the ability to get to sleep, but not stay asleep. Melatonin keeps the number of awakenings during the night to a minimum compared to not taking it. Also I have never had any drugged feeling upon awakening after its use. I would recommend trying one of the 5 mg tabs first. Take 60-90 minutes before bedtime. You won't feel tired or "high" as you might feel with Valium. In fact I don't feel anything. My sleep onset is just quicker and middle-of-the-night awakenings less. After two years, I needed 10 mg to maintain the same effect. Give melatonin a try as a natural sleep aid before going to prescription sleep drugs. I do understand that some folks don't get any relief, and I myself was skeptical but have been pleasantly surprised by how effective they have been. Incidentally, due to odd work hour requirements, I'm in bed by 6 pm, usually asleep by 6:15 and feel refreshed when I wake up naturally at about 3 am. This is a great product at a good price. Highly recommended.

I have been taking these for at least two years now possibly longer. My entire life I've had a very sensitive stomach and had to be so careful about the things I ate. This often limited me from eating some healthy vegetables and other items keeping me from some nutrition I've been needing. I can barely remember what that was like. These have made such a major difference in my life I don't ever want to stop taking them! I also have never been sick once literally since I've started taking them as well. I have had no colds or anything. I have energy and do not fall asleep at work anymore. I feel like I am getting the nutrition that I need and my blood test results at the doctor have been the best I've ever had! The Dr asked me what I was doing too! These are amazing. I can't recommend them enough!

I have the worst time staying asleep so I finally decided to give melatonin a real shot and I am glad I did. The time release formula makes a noticeable difference because I am not waking up randomly at 3am anymore like I used to. I also do not feel groggy in the morning at all which was my biggest concern going into it. Getting two full bottles at this price point is a really solid deal and I will definitely keep buying these.

I’ve been taking these daily for over five years. I’m in my 50s and credit my daily JuiceFestiv to helping me stay healthy all year long. I truly believe it helps my immunity during cold and flu season and provides great GI support! To limit any stomach discomfort start with one capsule of each bottle per day and once you get to two each per day, be sure to take with a meal. I’ve recommended to so many people!

I have been taking melatonin supplements for a little over a year with great success. It wasn't until recently, due to a change in light entrainment, that regular melatonin stopped working to keep me asleep, and I decided to get time release to help with that. The first thing I noticed about these pills before I bought them was that they contain a lot of vitamin B6. This is supposed to help with the bioavailability of the melatonin. What I hadn't known was that B6 is well known for severely intensifying dreams when taken before bed. The two times I took these pills both resulted in extremely vivid, very uncomfortable, nightmarish dreams that repeatedly woke me up throughout the night. The next day I was as tired as I would have been with an hour or two of sleep total, despite falling back to sleep and waking up every half hour or so. Now, I gave the pills three stars because this may be a susceptibility issue, as there are plenty of reviews saying they work great. But, be forewarned that this might be an issue for you, and a time release melatonin with no B6 is probably a better decision.
