This steam mop has been one of the best mops I have used. I love the design but it does have a flaw. You cannot stand the mop up because it will tip over as it does not lock in place. The attachments are perfect for the kitchen, bathroom, and for detailing.You can also place a few drops of your favorite essential oil on the mop head and the steam will bring out the essential oil to make your house smell nice.

I opened and assembled the steamer and started cleaning my floors. It does a great job, and there was visible steam coming from the mop. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was originally looking for a steam mop but this one struck my interest with its interchangeable components and multipurpose use. The main reason I chose this one was for cleaning my old shower. The unit performed well at cleaning my floors but I was disappointed by the performance on my shower. After using an entire tank on the shower there was no visible change in its appearance.

I’ve been having so much fun trying all the different attachments! So far, the round scrubber brush is my favorite. My tiles have natural grooves that have accumulated years of grime so for my first cleaning I’m on my hands and knees steam blasting it but it does the job! The grout scrubbing brush is perfect for this, too. When I’m done with this first deep cleaning I hope to maintain it with a quick steam mop every few days. In “mop mode” it glides very smoothly over my tiles.I also like that it stays on and I don’t have to hold a button (I had read other models make you hold a trigger button the whole time which can be tiring).My one con is that it doesn’t stand in its own like my last steam mop, but I wasn’t going to pay $15 more for the holder.

It was on sale so I finally purchased the steam cleaner/mop I had been thinking of forvv co two years. Love that it can be used as mop or handheld. I also purchased an additional accessory set bc I put a lot of wear and tear on it. Cleans well! Wish it came with more than on mop head.

We bought this to replace a steam mop from another manufacturer. The primary use was to clean tile floors. My wife quickly realized that it was spectacular at cleaning the tile grout, with the brush attachment.A few weeks later, we noticed ice buildup in the back of our Sub Zero refrigerator that was stuck on. My wife had the clever idea to use the BLACK+DECKER Steam Cleaner to melt the ice. It worked perfectly!This product can be used for many purposes. However, we don't plan on using it to steam rice.As an aside, I recommend not scrubbing too aggressively with the brushes. We wore out a set of brushes on the first day and had to order new ones, which aren't easy to find.

I purchased this item in late February and had it sitting in its original box until May when I needed to finally use it. I used demin water to avoid introducing any unnecessary particulates and after turning it on, letting it heat up, then turning on one of the steam settings... there was no steam. You can hear the apparatus working but there's no steam generating from the system itself. I've reset the system several times and even emptied out the tank and refilled with more demin water but that doesn't seem to help. Other attachments aren't making a difference either. It's too late for me to return this item but I would not recommend purchasing this item. I've owned various steam mops by Bissell and have never had an issue but figured I'd go with Black & Decker this time but that appears to have been a mistake.

Unpacking the items was time consuming as each part if packed into separate cardboard pieces which is also wasteful environmentally. The mop is easy to assemble and easy to use; however, I wasn't expecting so much moisture in order for the area to be visibly clean. When using the mop on low or high steam it seemed to required multiple passes to thoroughly steam the area and see it come clean. After steaming an area it took just as long for the area to dry as it did when using a damp mop.When using the squeegee to clean windows and shower glass the glass did appear to be clean; however, steam remained on the glass which required a manual wipe down to fully dry the glass and leave it streak free.We ultimately returned this purchase as it didn't seem worth the money in comparison to other mops on the market.

Bought not realising I had to import it. Waited 3 months for it to arrive. Arrived with US plug. I then bought adaptor. Anyway it doesn't work. Didn't even start up. Hopeless

Love this steamer - even 4 days later (with 2 cats) floors still feel clean to bare feet! Have a door with a ton of small panes - took maybe 90 seconds to clean and patio doors and carpet! Have had a steam cleaner before but did t care for it - this one is great!

Es una buena máquina, solo que para limpiar las juntas de los mosaicos del piso, tiene uno que andar agachado, en lugar de tener un aditamento que parado pueda limpiar con los cepillos. Le hace falta ese aditamento!!!

This works great but the big mop head doesn't stay on the handle very well. Not sure why the piece that holds the head on doesn't work anymore.but it does clean heat up quick and it is pretty quiet for a steam mop.
