I have back issues and was looking for a cold pack that stays frozen for awhile. No matter how long you freeze these for, they do not really freeze, just get cold and warm up quickly. Maybe 10 minutes of coolness....I'll take a bag of peas over these.

I liked this - it is big, and moldable.
The only downside was that it does not stay cold all that long. It is OK - but not great. I use it for back pain - it is thin enough to slide down the back of my pants, pressing against my lower back either with my belt or my back wrap.
