If you’re like me, you probably saw the price of this for the size and were skeptical of its validity. And, due to the lack of available reviews in the USA, you may have hesitated to order this. I’m here to submit photo evidence of the product’s validity. 😉 Disclaimer: this is my very first time ordering from this brand. And I have not yet tried the actual product. I’ll come back and report on its effectiveness after I’ve used it for a while. I read in the reviews of another listing for this product that there were some fake Clean It balms going around at some point and to look for the seal on the box, and the expiration date. As you can see in the photos, the listed expiration date, on both the box and jar, is for February 2026. There was also a seal on the box. It looks official. I also read one reviewer say that she had her product for 1.5 years. So this one may expire before I can use it for that long. Not sure if these have been stored in the warehouse for a little longer than usual? The box itself is written in English. However, the product info written on the jar is in.. presumably Korean? (See photo). I’m assuming this is the reason why the product is the price it is. However, the product does have a clean scent, which is how the other listing’s reviews describe the product. There was also a paper/foil seal on the jar itself. And the product is completely unused. It also comes with a little spatula for scooping up the product. Again, I have not tried the product yet so I’ll swing by with an update on that. But I hope this helps you to exhale, rejoice over this find, and purchase the product with peace of mind! 🎉🎉

I love this stuff. It really dissolves makeup as promised and leaves skin and eye area soft but not greasy. It's kinda pricey though. I first purchased at Ulta, and there's not much savings here on Amazon. Standard drug store products didn't work for me, but I'm going to try the Elf balm which is lots less expensive. We shall see!

This is my favorite cleansing balm. It works so well getting rid of all the makeup and daily pollution.

This stuff is great! It leaves my skin feeling very soft and clean without residue. I've gotten this in my eyes a couple times and it doesn't sting, irritate, or burn. This removes ALL makeup including lash glue. I will continue to purchase!
