I like that it’s low carb, lactose free, and they say they're also including various vitamins. The tahitian vanila flavor isn't bad either. Its not too sweet or overpowering. Mixes decent in a shaker bottle with cold water or almond milk, though you might still get a little clump or two if you’re not shaking it up well. I mainly use it after workouts, and I feel like it's helping with recovery. It’s a little pricier than some other options, but you're paying for the clean ingredients and quality isolate.
