Probably The Best Lighted Magnifier Available On Amazon
This is my third lighted magnifier so far, and it the manufacturers seem to have thought of just about everything. I don't go extremely easy on these devices, and previous products I've bought from Amazon both had some sort of annoying issues, such as: 1. Clips holding lenses in did not hold 2. Glasses-type magnifier was too heavy and the provided headstrap would not stay on the ear pieces 3. Bad wiring on glasses-type magnifier This one has several features which prevent the above problems: It goes completely around the head like some other models, and has a sturdy push/pull knob at the back to lock your size. Pull the knob and turn to adjust. The headband is cushioned. This might get dirty, eventually though, and the cushions are not removable. You can probably detach the band from the rest of the unit though and let the whole assembly soak in some soapy water, rinse, squeeze out the water and allow to dry. The front of the unit has two clip-in slots for the provided lenses, and it comes with five different lenses of varying magnifications. With two installed, you can flip up the front lens and only view through the rear, or you can flip the front lens down and look through both, giving you a combined magnification which is stronger than the others on their own. There isn't a way to only view through the forward lens only. You can also adjust the two lenses forward and backward (toward and away from your face), in case you need to. Viewing through the lenses is better with this device than some others where the lenses are separated by a divider, or are circular and fit close to the eyes. Usually with those other designs you can't view what you are working on through both eyes simultaneously without some sort of weird image displacement going on. This could just be my eyes though, as I was diagnosed with a wandering eye that causes double-vision at a young age. The light section is actually a module you can remove from the rest of the device, and the battery compartment is at the bottom of the assembly. You get two light tones, one white and the other orange-ish, and you can mix the two as well. There are also two brightness settings. Overall, the unit is sturdy, and no pieces become dislodged or move when setting the unit down in what I would call a normal way, unlike other options. The headband mounts connecting to the front portion of the unit have the expected adjustment knobs for adjusting the angle of the lighting unit up and down and tightening it in place. There are also hinges on each side of the band to make it more flexible. So far the battery life has been good.

It’s comfortable and will hold multiple lenses at one time.
This works great, better than expected. Was more comfortable than the others for a long period of time.

Magnifier
The magnifier works well and the different light options let me see things that I can't see under the bright white light alone. It is made of plastic though and I could see parts wearing out, lenses getting scratched, or parts breaking in the future. A digital microscope would be a better choice but this magnifier does what I want for now.

High quality hands free!
I've been collecting and restoring 19th century pocket watches since 1970 (+56 years). I've gone through numerous magnifying devices over the years. Not truly happy with any number of them until I discovered this AmsOpto Large lens head magnifier. Easy adjustment with good grip keeps it firmly in place. I am really impressed with the light system and its adjustments. Lenses are top quality. Buy with confidence!

Awesome reading glasses
I love these glasses. They fit right over my regular glasses and they help me see great unlike some of those reading glasses on Amazon they don’t hurt my nose. They’re easy to get on and they just defend my head. awesome reading glasses go and buy it today.

Batteries lose their charge
Over time the batteries do not last. I changed them out last week and already the light doesn't last for 10 minutes of turning it on. The batteries don't fit very well in the battery compartment, and it seems really structurally poor.

Okay but not the answer I was looking for
I thought this would be better for crafts than trying to see through my bifocals or reading glasses. I really couldn’t find the sweet spot using it and it was big and kind of uncomfortable. For me it’s better just to put on a little cheap headlamp when doing crafts if you need to see something. I really didn’t end up using this at all and I’m just going to donate it.

Not a functional product!
The screw at the back of the headband doesn't remain in place causing the whole piece to slide down. Practically useless
