The number of feeding bouts per day depends on the stage of development of the chick. Crop should be full but not overstuffed. Confirm that the crop is empty in the morning. Leftover formula must be discarded after each feeding bout. It is advisable to use a first-age hand feeding formula for younger birds At weaning, switch progressively to the PSITTACUS Omega daily diet for one year. No vitamin or mineral supplements should be given to parrots whose staple food is PSITTACUS daily diets. Bird specific handfeed
Formula made for specific bird types I use their Milk Crop too Plus their Cockatoo for my Galahs Never do a ‘One made for all bird’ They work Like with KT I had to add in more fat even on their high fat diet

Very good formula - Raised my Baby African Grey on this.
Switched from the generic brand that the breeder provided to this brand. The baby liked this formula better, and he grew very fast and is robust and healthy. Definetely high energy. Bird would get very active after feeding. If you are first time parrot parent, you should weigh the bird and feed it 10% of its weight in ML. Get a good plastic syringe to get the formula into the baby bird's beak. Overall was a great experience with this formula. Took 2.5 bags to get through the first 3 months of weening the bird.

Supplement feeding
I have a comprised African Grey that I hand feed at times and this food is terrific! It is full of good things for baby birds, it is very good for her and she loves it! I reordered too!

Wouldn’t recommend
This stuff does NOT mix as well as I’d hoped; compared to other brands. Only bought cuz it was easier to get. Smells fantastic. But I’ll never buy again.
