Monin Vanilla Zero Calorie Natural Flavoring, 750 ml bottle

I have been looking for a really good no sure vanilla coffee syrup and was so dismayed at so many of the products on the market today have either Splenda or aspartame in them. I won't used products with either one of those additives in them. I ordered this product because it is sweetened with Erythritol and Stevia, the to products I use most often to sweeten. I love this! No aftertaste and unlike so many others, it only takes 1 tablespoon instead of 2-3. I couldn't recommend it more!

Product is cloudy and has an off taste. Update: the Monin company replaced our this bottle and the new one tastes good, better then the previous brand we were using. Thank you to Monin.

The vanilla syrup Monin sent was opaque, milky looking and bubbly as it was fermented shown (Pic #1). It's supposed to look like (Pic #2) translucent, clear amber looking. Pic #2 is from a different company I reordered from. Amazon pics of the vanilla syrup, even on Monin's own website show their product as a translucent clear amber looking syrup, not milky opaque looking. Something's amiss, didn't look right and tasted horrible so reordered a different brand and tossed the Monin syrup. No more Monin orders, and that's all I have to say about that. Jay

Can't say I'm a fan of this flavour. The cloudy appearance is also weirdly off-putting. But at least it's less fattening I guess...

Although a bit expensive, you definitely get what you pay for! This product is one of the few coffee flavorings I could find that does not contain artificial sweeteners like Sucralose. They did a great job creating this, and well worth the money! The taste is delicious, and all you need is one pump. I also recommend purchasing the bottle pump, as it is not included with this product.

I wish this stuff was less expensive! Perfect for someone watching their sugar. I like it pretty well. I have been drinking stevia in my coffee for a long time. I like this a bit better since it has less of an after taste. It was also pretty decent in homemade keto ice-cream. It's not just like sugar of course. Just keep that in mind, but it's a nice alternative to have on hand when going low carb. The Carmel flavor is also pretty good in coffee too!
