Hi do you have to dissemble the hearing aids when putting them in this unit or can you put them in whole?

Hi there my Dad has basic NHS hearing aids and all he does is leave the batteries out. Place aids in box over night and he says the difference in the morning is a lot clearer hearing as the moisture in the tubing dries up he thinks its a brilliant idea hope this helps.

can I use this with my resound lynx rechargeable aids?

I don’t see why not. It will not charge them of course.

How long do you expect this product to last? Mine only lasted five months then stopped working suddenly and I can't see how to contact the supplier?

I have no idea yet but you would have a valid complaint if it only lasted that long.

My hearing aids accident put in wash machine wonder if that will work dry for my hearing aids?

Best way apparently is to dry the hearing aid with paper towels as much as possible. Then place the hearing aid in uncooked rice in a warm ventilated area ( like an airing cupboard) for about 48 hours. I personally would then put them in the hearing dryer for cycle at the warmer temperature. Hope that helps.
