## Description

Product description final is a Japanese audio brand established in 1974 final produces headphones with elegant design "The comprehensive pursuit of things that are fundamentally right" as the brand concept, final create audiophile headphones that deliver incredible sound final E3000 An in-ear headphones with its sound quality design based on the latest acoustic engineering and psychological research results. With high definition and flat, natural sound quality, this product could be considered a "standard". Designed by Japanese audio brand, final (Previously known as final audio design ) Award Winning Product from Japan Acoustic Engineering and Psychology Approach HiRes Audio Certified Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel Housing Natural & Buttery Smooth Sound The sound design of E3000 is based on the latest acoustic engineering and psychological research results. Realizing a sound which has high resolution, smooth frequency response and no bands are masked. Unique Swing-Fit Mechanism The ear tips can be swung left and right and tilted towards the audio canal for a perfect fit. These prevent changes in shape owing to the aperture of the earpiece coming into contact with the audio canal. The sound is transmitted directly to the eardrum, delivering clear sound. High Quality 6.4mm Dynamic Driver The precision involved in assembling the parts for the driver unit is of the utmost importance. The small-aperture 6.4mm diameter dynamic driver unit boasts an extraordinarily high level of precision. Mirror Polished Stainless Steel Machined from stainless steel and with a mirror finish, the housing firmly supports the driver unit and suppresses unnecessary vibrations; it is an important element with respect to sound quality. Fitting of a device for the mature listener, this is a design that has a simple shape and a high-quality texture matched with classic sound quality. Steel Mesh for Air Management There is an aperture on the back of the housing which act to extend the reproduction band of low frequencies. To prevent sound leakage from the apertures there is a filter inside, and stainless steel mesh has been added to the outside. Original Ear Tips that Come in 5 Sizes Two types of silicone differing in rigidity are employed for the core and for the flange. The silicone used for the core is more rigid than that used for the flange, and by having groove processing applied to it, realizes both strength and flexibility. Soft silicone has been employed for the flange, making for a comfortable fit and a high level of sound insulation. Ear Hooks that Alleviate Touch Noise By shaping from soft silicone, we've achieved something that is slim and does not have a foreign feel to it, making for the kind of comfort that has you forgetting you're wearing them. Touch noise from cable is significantly reduced. Soft & Flexible OFC Cable Taking touch noise into consideration, soft, flexible coated material has been employed. When using ear hooks also, it moves flexibly, making for a good fit. Storage Pouch A soft storage pouch is provided to protect the stylish surface of the E3000 when not in use. SPECIFICATIONS & COMPARISON

Review: Best headphone around $50 range, and overall BETTER than the cheaper E2000... - This is probably the best earphones at the $50 range you can buy for HiFi sound. I was planning to buy this per some audiophile good reviews, however, then I saw some YouTube videos and some reviews here on desertcart preferring the cheaper E2000, So, I bought them both and tried them for 2-3 weeks to see which is better. E3000 is made out of stainless steel and it feels and look great, it has more heft and more premium feel to it. E2000 is Aluminium and while still very very high quality for the price range, cannot match the E3000 feel. The rest of the package is identical, the wires, accessories in the box, etc... It comes with additional ear pieces in different sizes but I found the installed ones to be comfortable so I didn't try any of the others. Speaking of which, the rubber ear pieces are quite comfortable for long listening and fit and stayed in my ear with no issues. E3000 vs. E2000 I can say that 100% if you're more of an audiophile, prefer a flatter sound, like a bit higher quality material, the E3000 is a better earphone. The E2000 is also a fantastic headphone, BUT it was too bright for my liking, and TIRING for longer listening... it definitely lacked bass and generally I think works better for more techno, electronic music, while E3000 works for Jazz, Blues, etc... (Audiophile music). For comparison, I listened to them on my desktop with an external DAC, AND on my iPhone listening to lossless Tidal music. I compared on Rock, Jazz, Blues, and some pop and electronic music and found that E2000 had a "higher" treble that to me sounded a bit harsh and too much attenuated, and I actually had to LOWER the volume on my iPhone for it to be comfortable to listen to, while on E3000, I could go to Max volume and it sounded great. I attribute this to some boost at higher frequencies on E2000 which makes it bright and harsh at higher volumes and definitely NOT an Audiophile quality. Compared to Sony EX650AP Now, in comparison to my other top earphones, Sony EX650AP (I bought from Japan) for around $100. They are not as of a great tight fit (Sony is the best I've ever had), and Sony build quality a tad better, and their wires a bit higher quality. BUT, the sound on E3000 is simply more revealing, flatter, and more audiophile. Also, one main reason I bought these, was to see if they fit with iPhone battery pack, and they do! So, at the end, I returned the E2000 and kept E3000. You can't really go wrong with either, but it kinda depends what do you prefer. Crisp, brighter sounding or flatter, more bottom end? Either case, GREAT VALUE for these Japanese earphones. Highly recommended! Pros: - Very light and easy to wear - Super high quality stainless steel enclosure, why above the price range - Fantastic controlled bass - Great midrange and NOT TIRING treble (vs. E2000) - 3.5mm jack works with iPhone battery pack (see pics) - Easy to drive with your phone - Overall a very HiFi sounding earphone, mostly flat through most of the range and great for listening to Jazz, Blues, Rock Cons: - No volume or phone control - The wire could be slightly better, but at $55, it's quite adequate
Review: Comfy and durable - great as beater IEMs - The sound quality is not that great by an absolute standard but it's alright for the price I'd say. The sound signature I would describe as warm-neutral. Most people will find it inoffensive. The treble and upper mids (including female vocals) are recessed, so they're great if you're treble sensitive. Personally I don't use them for music anymore, the sound signature is far too bland (not to mention lacking the detail of higher-end IEMs), but they are great for listening to Youtube videos/streams and stuff like that where you don't need top quality. Great comfort-wise: they're small and unobtrusive. I used the medium tips at first and they felt and fit great, better than any silicone ones I've tried, but they unfortunately ended up compressing over time so I switched to the large ones, which were less comfortable at first but seem to have broken in over time. (Actually now I have switched back to the medium ones, the large ones kept popping out of my ears.) Do note that they don't isolate that great - you'll be able to hear outside sounds and the sound of the earphones will leak out somewhat. The wind also whistles through the open grill in the back - not ideal for outdoor use. I love the cable, which is very soft and lightweight. It seems durable so far despite how thin it is. In fact they are super durable as a whole, they make great beater IEMs and I use them every day. Maybe the biggest issue with them is the left/right indicators - a very light outline surrounding a metallic "L" / "R" which is impossible to see at night.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these comfortable enough for all day use? I have very small ears and most earbuds bother me. Found these on a list of most comfortable headphones.**
A: I too have small ears and they're very comfortable. They sound amazing as well.

**Q: How much isolation do these have?**
A: if you are looking for a good isolation you need to change brand. final isn't the best. better are shure designed for in ear monitoring.

**Q: Do these have a microphone and an external volume and track control?**
A: The E3000 does not have a mic. The E3000c does have a mic with call answer and track control, but no reference is made for volume control.

**Q: Anyone tried these while sleeping on your side? Listed online as good sleepers. If not, any suggestions?**
A: Depends on the shape of your ears. I have slept on em accidentally. They’re not that small so they stick out a bit, so won’t be that comfortable. If you wanna sleep in one, probably look for smaller buds.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fussy about sound but these are keepers
*by A***R on March 22, 2018*

I am not shy about returning headphones I don't like but these are KEEPERS. This might be the happiest I've been with some earphones since my beloved Nuforce NE-700X. But to be fair those cost $90 in 2014. Update after 2 weeks of use: I went to a larger tip and now they don't sit as far in my ear. The bass and soundstage both improved with more air around the instruments. I really like these. I don't find myself thinking oh they do this, or they don't do that with regard to sound. The just play the music. That little TINY bit of graininess is gone with some break in I guess. While I don't listen to Metal or EDM they handle all genres of music well and handle more complex music like rock well compared to others I have tried. They come with 4 size tips so finding the right size is easier compared to pairs that only come with 3 size tips. The tips grip the nozzle really well but still come off and go on pretty easily. They come with some really small ear hooks but I haven't tried them yet. There is no listening fatigue yet they are still pretty accurate. They do not go really loud but they do go loud enough for me.I haven't played with EQ much because I haven't felt the need. Wires are thin and tangle pretty easily and don't untangle very easily. I have not noticed any microphonics. Of course, I'd like to have $100 buds but for $55 dollars they hit my nice but I won't cry if I lose them price point. =========================================== Original review They are not even broken in yet (and they don't need it) but my only real complaint and it's nitpicky, but they have a touch of graininess. But nowhere near as much as the Carbo Tenor. These are very neutra with decent detail while never being too bright. There is nice seperation between instruments but not much of a soundstage but there is nice amount of 'air' around the intruments. They do not have a lot of extension but they are not bass shy like the Carbo Tenor were. Drums sound natural, again not like the Carbo Tenor where they sounded more like carboard boxes. They are very light so they very comfortable. (I like straight earphones the best) The default tips fit me the best which is a nice change for me. There is next to no strain relief on the earphones as you can see in the picture so if you are hard on headphones, maybe consider other phones. on the good side the lack of strain relief makes them very comfortable worn wire up which i want for the gym. They have vents on the back so I doubt that isolation is very good for in-ear phones. In summary these are nuetral sounding with out any of the 'problems' of hifi. They are never over sibilant and they do not punish badly recorded songs or when listening to low bit rate stuff like pandora. I would call them fun for working out but they are not too dry if the quality of the music is what you want. They are not going to impress anyone or give you an eargasm when listening to your best music. But at $54 I'm extemely please with them and for me are a big step up from the Carbo Tenor unless you are impressed by a forward/blaring sound.
