It works!
I used this to replace a failed start capacitor on the motor for my powermatic band saw. I had to modify the connectors a bit to get it hooked up. The original had a screw connection, but if you have a powermatic band saw or similar, I'm sure you're handy enough to do some on the fly mods. Other than the connection, it fit perfectly. I could have just ordered an OEM replacement from powermatic, but the OEM part was more than double the cost and would have taken twice as long for shipping. Not sure about quality, but the old one only lasted 6 years. We will have to wait and see how long this one lasts. It definitely got my saw up and running again.

Working for Whirlpool Thin Twin
I have a Whirlpool ThinTwin stacked washer dryer that the washing machine drum stopped spinning and it would not do any functions on. Just a dreaded humming noise from the bottom of the unit. This Capacitor got the motor going again and everything is working again. Will come back and update my review if it doesn't last. But so far so good.

Atlas 110v Metal Lathe
My capacitor went bad and was no longer available so I modified it to work with this item and it works Great! I had to run the electrical wiring for the capacitor to the outside of the motor plate by drilling a hole and then putting the wiring thru to the outside. Now if I have to change it all I have to do is reach around to the back of the Lathe and unplug it instead of having to remove the motor.

Easy fix
Saved me $1300! Irrigation company said I needed a whole new pump. It was just the capacitor, and this replacement was perfect!

Worked great.
I used this for an old Craftsman radial arm saw, with no replacement part available. It was just a little larger then the original, but I was able to get it to work. My saw sounds better then when I first bought it, 40 or 50 years ago. I read other reviews but could not find one for Craftsman saws. It works great.

Received in a almost perfect box with a not so perfect cracked capacitor. The one star is for the shipping since it only took like three days to get here
