I had an older Victor regulator and it was popping in noises, and the needle swung around did a 360 , so it was blown. It had a 200 psi scale only, and i used it for R22 work years ago. Recently I bought an R32 mini split, a 24k ACiQ heat pump, and i wanted something to hit mid 400 for a pressure test, so I ran it to 460 on the 3 zone heat pump.
