My husband bought this post knee surgery. He says it seems to help a bit with the inflammation. He put it on his knee one evening and joined me on the deck for a libation. Within a few minutes, the biting flies soon arrived to partake of their nightly blood meal, but they were only attacking me. Those biting flies wanted nothing to do with my hubs because he had put the black cumin seed oil on his knee. The flies wouldn't go anywhere near him. I left to slather myself with black cumin seed oil. Upon my return outside, the flies wouldn't come near me. You don't need to slather yourself because just a bit of the peppery smell keeps the biting flies and mosquitoes at bay. I love this stuff, truly. Stop buying that toxic bug spray and put a bit of this on.

Taste is disgusting, however, if you put it in a smoothie, you cannot taste anything. You only need a couple drops. Makes you stay full for a long time.

I ordered this item thinking it would be in a glass bottle, however, it was delivered in a plastic bottle. I am not happy with this purchase due to the plastic bottle. It should state on the site that it comes in a plastic bottle. Black seed oil is a great product.

Purchased this more than two years ago for widespread pain. The taste was horrible so I quit taking it after a couple of doses. Recently, I was talking with an Ayurveda practitioner about some weird nerve sensations in my feet. She told me to rub oil on my body -organic, cold pressed. (Mentioned sesame oil, but said any would work) She said it calms the nerves. This Black Cumin Seed oil is what I had on hand. After just 24 hours I saw a dramatic improvement in the sensations as well as other pain in my feet and legs. I'm using about a tablespoon every night for my whole body. Pain is much better, skin is glowing - even using on my face, and the nerve issues are at least 90% resolved and I'm only 1 week of using it.

Love this stuff! (Doesn’t taste terrific lol but it’s not as bad as black licorice.) taste it leaves behind on the tongue goes away fairly quickly after beverage or meal. I feel the benefits outweigh that little flavor hiccup.

The oil seemed fine but the plastic flip top lid is terrible. First, the lid always leaves a big drip going down the side. Second, closing the flip top lid squirts the oil left on top all around. Third, the lid doesn't seem to screw on securely as there was always an oil ring on the counter regardless of how well I wiped the drip off the lid. And to prove it, this month's delivery box had a big oil stain soaked through the bottom.

I usually like to take supplements in their natural form when possible but next time I would order the capsules rather than the liquid. The suggested dose is half tsp twice a day with food which generally isn't possible for me unless I can take the capsule with me when I leave for work. So the liquid isn't convenient and the taste is pretty intense as well. I haven't been taking it long enough consistently to feel a difference but I'm sure my body is getting the health benefits and this seems like a good quality product I feel good about taking
