The cinnamon coffee cake flavor comes through nicely and gives them more of a dessert feel than a typical fiber bar.The bars are soft and have a nice texture rather than being dry or overly chewy. They are not very large, but I think the size is just right when I want something sweet without having a full dessert. They are also individually wrapped, which makes them easy to throw in a bag or keep around for a quick snack.I especially like that I can get a decent amount of fiber while only having 70 calories and 2 grams of sugar. Obviously, they do not taste exactly like a freshly baked piece of coffee cake, but for what they are, they are really enjoyable.The box of 18 is a good size and should last a while.
