It's amazing how pricey a journal can be and yet cheaply made. Happily this one is very nice quality and at a very reasonable price point.The journal comes with 188 numbered pages. At the front several pages are labeled 'CONTENT' with two smaller labels 'PAGE' and 'TOPIC'. So you can easily reference a page you want to remember what you wrote on.The paper quality is very good. You can erase and write easily. The binding is soft to the touch but hard enough to give support. Several ribbons hold your page. And the back has a pocket to stow small notes etc.This is a great quality and highly recommended. Now the big question is what color will you pick from the many offered?

I've been journaling for a long time. I've used a lot of journals that simply aren't worth the money I paid for them. This journal is not one of those. The binding is excellent. The pages are thick enough to allow me to use my rollerball pen with no bleed through.The size is perfect for carrying this journal in my briefcase so I can record things throughout the day. The cover is solid and the journal lays flat while in use. The pocket in the back is perfect for storing little notes and scraps of paper I collect throughout the day before recording my entries.I highly recommend this journal.
