I was surprised by how well it curbs hunger and appetite. I was a bit hesitant to begin, as I was hoping to shed a few pounds before my holiday. While 250ml of milk didn't seem like much, two scoops of powder create a thick and delicious milkshake, which I sip slowly. It does a good job of keeping me satisfied. The chocolate flavor is enjoyable; however, the Cafe Latte flavor is not as good, tasting more like bonfire toffee, which I generally love, but not in a milkshake.

This has been a great purchase for my weight loss journey. Ive lost a stone in 5 weeks. You also need a mind set and determination.

Going to a destination wedding in November so wanted to shed some pounds I used this about 8 years ago and did very well with it. Lost 3.5 stone In 5 months What it does have is a cardboard taste that not all that niece . I have put it in an air tight lock n lock box hopefully this will keep it fresh and the cardboard tast will go I hope so. I don't remember it having a metal taste before as it was in a metal tin. Has anybody else noticed the cardboard taste?? I tried it with milk ,milk water mix and with ice and can still taste it . Maybe the other flavours don't have the cardboard taste. The only other 1 I will tray is the white chocolate and raspberry as not kern on the other flavoures. There used to be a salted caramel but sed it any where now is it still available ??
