This Amarillo paste is excellent.

Tasty!!
I use this to make a Peruvian mahi mahi recipe I found and it was so super good! Spicy but nothing crazy just put in bits at a time till you get the spice level you want! You can always put more in but not take more out yk 🤷🏻♀️

Absolutely needed for Peruvian recipes
I watched a video on making Peruvian rotisserie chicken with an Aji Verde sauce. This was one of the ingredients listed. I made the recipe with the substitute ingredients and then purchased this item for the second attempt. This provides a unique flavor that I cannot replicate with other peppers. I only use this ingredient when making Peruvian recipes.
