Can I use this for cosmetics?

What were you thinking of doing with it? I don't think there would be any application to use as such. Only thing might be to put a small amount in hair conditioner per each use and rinse out. Other than that, I doubt it.

Did you add color to Goji Berry Powder?

I did not add color to it. However, I was using a little beet root Powder (not too much as it's sweet) at the time with it and that will color Whatever you put it in. It doesn't require coloring,

I don’t have a scale. Does the scooper actually scoop 9 grams of powder? It looks much less.

I have a food scale. First I weighed the scoop, it was 2 grams. Then I added powder to the scoop and measured. It weighed 6 grams.
