I'm 45, and I've had a issues with my back since I was 19. I slouch often due to the pain in my lumbar spine from dislocated discs and because of the counterweight from my size DD chest. I'm on pain management, so I've been prescribed a couple of types of braces. Once, I was prescribed a clavicle brace, which was awkwardly uncomfortable. It was 100% unbeneficial and did not work at all. Not to mention, the design was not very intuitive, and I could not even put it on by myself. A few years later, I was prescribed a $1500 back brace, which also did not work. I could put it on myself and it was more comfortable than the clavicle brace, but no matter where I positioned it or how tight I made it, it provided absolutely no support. The other day, I began reading a lot of Amazon reviews, looking for some sort of back brace to help my posture which would help elevate some of the pain in my back. I'm on enough pain pills and pain patches to kill a horse, yet I still have pain. Instead of increasing my doses, I was hoping there was something else I could try - a last ditch effort before asking my doctor to increase my pain meds. This back brace is great! It is not as constricting or as uncomfortable as the two prescribed braces I've owned. It holds my posture upright and is easy to put on and easy to adjust. The material is soft and smooth, which helps tremendously with the comfort. I am so thankful for this back brace! It does hurt a little bit (more like 'sore' than 'hurt', I suppose) around the front of the underarm area (the area where the brace goes underneath your arm), but it helps if you wear a shirt with sleeves underneath the brace. With any device that is pulling on your body, it is going to 'dig' into your skin a little and cause soreness, so I'm not surprised by the 'digging' sensation. It's not enough to bother me or to make me want to return it, especially with a shirt on underneath the brace. A shirt makes the soreness almost nonexistent. In the end, the brace definitely does its job, and it does it well - a lot better than the expensive, prescription braces I've owned. Overall, I am very satisfied and very pleased with this brace. If something were to happen to it, like if I left it on vacation or something, I'd buy another one in a heartbeat!

Item perfect. Very adjustable and super comfy!! Also, I have 90% fused back from scoliosis fusion and this is helping me to improve my very bad posture and I don't even notice I am wearing it. I have tried many SO DON'T give up until you try this one. Also, check out their website great stuff. I never give reviews but I want to help others with pain or who simply want to help improve and feel better. Buy this and then look for stretches and exercises to help yourself while wearing this. It also helps remind you to straighten your posture. Bad posture can cause pain throughout your body. You will be happy I promise!! I got one for my 33 year old daughter who is a gymnastics coach she loves it!!

It’s very comfortable and a no brainer product to figure out. I didn’t have to adjust anything. I’m 158 lbs and ordered the S/M. I have upper and mid back pain made worse on the treadmill. I can put this on (over my clothes) and walk easily for 1 1/2 hours no problem the first day. I’m over 60. It’s not super supportive, like you wouldn’t want to lift heavy boxes or anything like that and expect support, but it does remind you to stand up straight.

Easy to put on and fully adjustable. I am short but curvy so I got the large and its a little too big. 30 minutes was enough for me because it starts to make your armpits uncomfortable and your underb**bs start to sweat.

I have tried many posture corrective devices, this is the first I kept. Very comfortable, non-chafing and supportive without being restrictive. If any issues, great customer service!

I purchased the correct fit for me and I would hardly call this a brace to help correct my posture. I put it on and tightened all four straps. When I slouch, it accommodates my slouching quite nicely. I assume i didnt make it tight enough so I adjust all of four straps and it was a little tighter but not by much. Great color but it its soo stretchy, that even if it did work (it does not) I feel like it would sag eventually like clothes that have lycra in them. I feel no sense of resistance to even remind me to keep my shoulders back. So I processed a return via Amazon. I rate this brace an 0/10What happened next however is what inspired me to write a review. In my postal mail today I received a postcard from someone representing the brace vendor that sold this to me, referencing this support brace with a big picture of it on one side (thanks btw, all my coworkers needed to know that i bought this lolz) and I’m guided to write a 5-star review and after doing so, they will send me a $20 Amazon card. So they want me to skew the review rating and if enough people who are offered the same follow suit, more people will be routed to this product when looking for a brace to correct posture? Yea noI stumbled upon an effective DIY brace using an yoga strap! Yoga straps come in several sizes and I happen to have one long enough for me. There are a few variations when you search for it online and I first one I tried works fine for me and have been using the DIY yoga strap brace twice a day, an hour each with positive results

I work at a computer all day and my upper back and shoulders have paid the price! I see a chiropractor for adjustments and also get massages to work out the knots. Using this brace has helped me be able to stretch out the time between professional visits. It can tend to pinch or chafe along the front side of my shoulders/upper arms - probably because I’m still positioning my arms forward to work on my computer. When that happens I just take a break from the brace. Overall, a good value for something that has helped me to feel better/less pain and save money on therapy appointments. Try it out!

I bought this because I work a lot on the computer and was noticing that I was getting "forward head syndrome" and a tired neck at night. Thought I'd try this and not spend money going to the physiotherapist. It doesn't look super strong, but it's great! Pulls back my shoulders and lifts my bust while being super comfortable and fits well. Also I only have to wear it about 4-5 hours a day and I've found that even when I take it off, my posture has improved. Well worth buying. Wish it came in a darker colour for wearing under a blue or black t-shirt. Note: the first 2 hours it squeezes your underarms but soon stretches to fit nicely - like a memory foam mattress so one actually forgets that it's on.
