The Original Ionic "Air Genie" Ozone Purifier (Black)

This is the most expensive night light on the market .i bought 3 of them for my 1800 square foot house. After 5 days, there is no difference. DO NOT BUY! All the good reviews are 7 to 3 years old. I'm definitely returning these and the charcoal bags

This is going to be the longest review that I've ever written: When I ordered the Ionic "Air Genie" Ozone Purifier I thought to myself there's no way that this machine does all that it says it does, but I'm going to give it a try. I liked the sleek design, cleans 3,500 sq feet of air, it has a remote, seemed reasonably quiet and the fact that it had a lifetime warranty. I thought to myself well if it doesn't do all of the stuff it claims being it has a lifetime warranty I will return it! When I the machine arrived in the mail I excitedly took it out of the box and there was this metal plate that needed to be added. I looked at the machine and could not figure out exactly where to place this plate. I was completely frustrated and I called their customer service number on the back of the instruction and (no the instructions did not tell you where to insert the plate), so the person that answered the phone told me where to put the plate and it slid right in sideways like he said. He asked where did I hear about them, I said,"Amazon." He said,"Woah, you got yourself a huge discount." I said, "This product was nearly $300, how is that a discount?" He advised me that this item is sold for $600 through their direct website. He said,"You are going to love the product, I'm the inventor. I shook my head while holding the phone up to my face thinking yeah, yeah, yeah basically I must have wasted my money if the inventor is so small time he's answering the phone. Well, I plugged in the machine and started to clean my home. I noticed within twenty minutes my bedroom smelled fresh and crisp. I left the machine on and the air in my entire home smelled fresh. I have a dog, and a cat that shed and climb all over everything. I purchased the machine to get rid of dander in the air and to eliminate pet odor within an hour of plugging this machine up I didn't need plug ins anymore. My friends and family members that had pet allergies stopped complaining of dry itchy eyes when visiting me. Basically this machine works so well that if you have a pet that you are allergic to I'd buy this machine before getting rid of my pet or throwing out furniture, it works! I'm not going to be so dramatic to say that this machine changed my life, but what I will say the following: - I'm not investing money in harmful deodorizers, and plug-ins that cost on average $6-10 a pack. - My family members with pet allergies don't ask me to meet them outside. - I don't need to run the machine everyday to keep my air clean. - It's quiet enough to run while I'm asleep. Lastly, I can see how someone would pay $600 for this machine. Clearly, that's a bit much for my issue with pet dander, but if you think about it people spend more than $600 on carpet cleaners, plug ins for each room, and cleaning products that mask the smell without cleaning the air. This machine is the most wonderful $244.00 that I have ever spent. My only complaint is that the directions were completely stupid, and there's no reason for me to need to call customer service to find out how to install a plate that took five seconds that should have been outlined in the directions. Second, the machine arrived fully assembled there's no reason why the plate shouldn't have been added inside of the machine when it arrived. Three, the owner said he would call me back just because he was so sure I'd love it, of course I never received a call back, but I didn't need one I do love it and I'm glad it comes with a lifetime warranty!

Total waste of money. I bought 4 and after a month of use no change in air quality. None. The only reason I gave one star is that is the only way to submit a review.

Keeps the air clean and fresh smelling like you were in the mountains. Wonderful product!

I can smell fresh air after 20 minutes.

Has helped cut down suffering from allergies.

WOW!! I can already smell the difference in my house!!!!!! We had a water leak and had mildew but now I don't smell the mildew or have the lump in my throat from the mildew!
