Best ebike for the budget👍👌🫰
The media could not be loaded. I love this ebike! Portable and good for commute. Ive had this ebike for almost a month now. Ive rode it in steep hills doing 18miles round trip with smal bumps and with no issues. The bike is sturdy and can withstand small bumpy rides.Initially,i have problem with the charger and immediately contacted the seller.. the seller responded promptly and now sending me a new charger. Thanks Eileen!I love the 3 PAS mode: pas 1: max 13mph, pas 2: 16 mph, pas 3: 19-21mph.Its very quick once u start to pedal, so if ur not comfortable with it,u can use the throttle which is easy to maneuver and control the speed. The throttle mode is same with PAs mode. The speed is limited depends on which mode 1,2,3 u are in. Just be very careful when going downhill when it go passed the max speed of the bike and if u start to pedal, some electronic will cut off the bike due to the speed limit set(22mph i think). At first i got startled and i got scared when it happend but learned my lesson after that.So far im very happy with the purchase! Im always looking forward to ride this bike on my days off. Will update this review once i reach 100miles.Update:Im 2 months in and more than 100 miles in the odometer! This ebike is a blast. Its fast, foldable and reliable. I bought anothr brand of ebike just to test but so regreting it. I should hve bought another ebkarocy one. But anyway, Buy this bike. U wont regret and you will be happy always looking forward to riding in the weekends.PS we rode the famous Par’ius trail in Zion national park. Such a spectacular place on earth and riding with ebike is a totally different perspective. So happy with this purchasePPS. Miss Eileen replaced the battery that came with it due to it draining fast. Their customer service is top notch and very prompt when answering questions and solving issues

Decent e-bike.
Pros: Fantastic e-bike. If this one ends up unrepairable I will honestly buy another one. It’s very fun to ride. I feel very safe riding it during the day. It has enough power to haul me up hills and I weigh 209 pounds. It was very easy to assemble. I put over 8 miles on it and it felt very durable. Everything was still intact. Cons: it can’t be in the rain or very hot temperatures because this isn’t an enclosed battery.

My son loves it
I got this for my 15 year old son and he absolutely loves it!I got this for my 15-year-old son as a surprise. He absolutely loves it!!!It didn’t take him very long to put together. Maybe a little over an hour max. He’s 6 feet tall and it fits him well with the seat all the way raised. He gets 18 mph without pedaling, which is pretty good and convenient. The headlight is bright in the dark. It even has rear brake lights and blinkers! It comes with a set of keys, which makes him feel cool. I was expecting like a button or a switch. There is a key fob, which is pretty nice. The key fob turns on an alarm if someone sits on it without the key. The bike comes with a lock that uses a key (although it’s a little cheap, but so what). There is an anti-theft mechanism for the battery. Also, the battery is easily removable in case you want to charge it inside, but keep the bike outside, which is pretty convenient in my son’s opinion. It comes with a basket you can hook to the front. These are a couple of nit-picky things, but there are non-issues. My son has only gotten it to go up to 19 mph, not 22 like in the description. And to get it to 19mph he was on a downhill slope and pedaling SUPER fast! Not that 3mph difference is a deal breaker. My son weighs 160lbs which is 6lbs over the recommended max weight. So maybe someone smaller might get it to go faster. Also, the seat is decent, but while pedaling it’s uncomfortable due to the shape of the seat, but otherwise good. The alarm isn’t very loud… you probably wouldn’t hear it from inside a building. The second seat is so low that if someone sits back there then their face will nearly be right at the height of his butt. Not to mention that if someone sits on the back seat the whole thing flips backwards. It would be more useful for equipment.All-in-all it’s just really cool and worth every penny. He’s been riding it for about a month now and he still loves it. I hope it lasts him a very long time

Customer service was helpful
I received my ebkarocy ebike December 1st and was so excited. Despite the lack of a good assembly manual it wasn't too hard to put together. I took it for a short test run around the block and noticed the speed was not as fast as I expected despite having a full charge. M1 was 9mph, M2 was 11mph and M3 was about 14 to 15mph on the relatively flat road I live on. All the features work well on this bike (headlight, turn signals, theft protection, foldability). Also the bike is very sturdy and is supposed to support 330 lbs. It seems to support my 6 foot 5 build and 250 lbs just fine despite the small wheels and the brakes are good. Pedal assisting though my knees do bump the ignition key so I had to rotate that upwards. The bike is better suited probably those 6 foot 1 and under, IMO but I can work with it the way it is. I rotated the ignition key up and it seemed to help while pedal assisting. The real test came this past weekend with the 14mile bike trip I took on a relatively flat rails to trail paved path. Long story short the bike drove well the 7 miles out but the battery died 3 miles into the trip back at speed M2. So it only made it 10 miles on the battery life and not sure how but the cell phone holder cracked but it did. I probably bumped that with my knees at some point. So I've contacted customer support today to see if they'll send a new battery and find out if that resolves the issue. If I have a positive customer service experience and the issue gets resolved than I will update the review ratings.Update - Customer service did a good job and worked with me to get a new battery and for that I'm bumping up the rating to a 4 Star.
