TYC 96015 Ford Replacement Heater Core

I like the heater core so far so good been using it almost a week. I gave it 4 stars for one reason; where the hoses connect the pipes move really freely and it made it difficult to line up the heater core pipes with the holes to put them through the firewall. Usually when installing a heater core those pipes do not move. Rather than that it looks well built and for the price I couldn’t turn it down. Now let’s see if it lasts as long as my original.

It wasn't a perfect match for the original equipment, but I can live with it for the savings. So far it's working as well as the original.

So far so good. It was correct for a 96 Bronco. I don't like the crimped aluminum hoses instead of welded but no leaks so far.

I liked the expediency of arrival.

Worked great, can't beat the price. Now I have to shut it off it works so good.

Great product..

While this heater core is less substantial than the factory unit, use a bit of care when installing, like a little WD40 on the heater hose to make them slide on easy. Works as expected, installed a month ago, took 30 minutes to change, hoping for long life of service.

Wasn't a 20 minute job like some people state, in their review. Product was a direct fit for my 1995 f150, straight six. Been installed for a year no problems as of yet.
