Great product. Easy to digest.
I don't eat a lot of fish but wanted to use this for my Omega 3's. The capsules are large but I have now difficulty taking them with water. I haven't felt any discernable difference but we took cod liver oil as children and I got away from taking once reaching adulthood. Just trying to utilize best products for my continued health.

No Fishy After Taste
I have used Carlson for several years. In the past, I bought the liquid Cod Liver Oil and was very happy with it. But the capsules are so much easier to take. No fishy after taste either. If you want to lower your cholesterol and triglycerides, this is the product to buy!
