This pump with the brass head is much better than the others. I did not pay close attention when ordering and after arrival I found the input / outputs were reversed.Removed the 3 Allen bolts and and installed the head back 180° . Works like a Champ on my Honda engine . While it was open I did replace the oil with a high quality oil , not to say anything was inferior with the oil it came with ,it just gave me peace of mind knowing I dont need to worry about it being lubricated with a quality lubricant since there was no documentation on what was in there originally. I dont use the washer everyday commercially, but when I do use it I run it hard for hours without a problem. The key thing to keep in kind is never let the machine run more than a few seconds without the water flowing out the hose. Which I figured out after burning up the 3rd machine. User error.

Purchased this pump in Aug 2019 to replace a bad 2500psi pump on a 6.5Hp B&S engine. It bolted up perfectly, but we had to install 3/8" shims on the leg mounts to clear the oil drain plug on the engine. This pump makes great pressure... it bogs the engine quite a bit when you pull the wand trigger, but it hasn't stalled the engine. We have about 60hrs on this pump and it has zero problems. We keep it from freezing in a heated garage and when we use it we make sure to have water at the pump before starting the engine, then after we are done with it we let cool water flow thru the pump before putting it away.

Would have gotten 5 stars but packaged poorly, a hole in the side of the cardboard box from the metal mounting flange. I bought the 3200 psi version. It bolted on to my Honda GVC160 motor with original bolts, no shims or extra washers. It does a far better job than the broken 2500 psi pump I am replacing. The motor powers the extra psi of the new pump just fine and it easily cleans the slimey mildew and crud off my flagstones and deck, bringing back some of the original color. No more slipping on the deck after a rain.

When I bought this, there were three versions available. I got the 3000-3200 PSI version and installed it on a Simpson 3000 PSI washer that originally came from Costco. Holes lined up perfectly with the Honda GCV 190 engine and the hose connectors were on the same side as the original pump (toward the side of the pressure washer with handles). Super easy install and worked like a charm. The connector for the pressure washer hose seems higher quality than the original. Don't know about longevity yet, but so far so good with about 30 minutes on it.

Installed on a pressure washer I got from ALDI originally rated at 2700 PSI and 2.3 GPM. This unit works great and is a smidge more powerful, I like it better than the old unit. This unit looks more serviceable as well, at least with some of the valves. 10/10 so far.

I replaced the pump on my GCV 160 Honda 2500 psi, 2.5 min/gal power washer with this one. It has so much more power. I am very pleased with it. Due to living on a corner lot, I have a lot of side walk to do, and I have a 2-car garage driveway. I have done the sidewalks, driveway, walkway to the house, and some of the house with great results. Tip: I use a Turbo tip which also made a big difference. It worked well with a 15 inch surface cleaner , too.

This pump was a good replacement for the Ryobi 3100 PSI pressure washer, model RY80940. No modifications were required and it operates as good as new. My original pump was still working but I could not remove the Unloader Valve that was frozen stuck so I replace the whole pump.

the pump works fine. it is 180 degres out pump to outlet. hookup is out the back, can it be turned right?
