I absolutely loved this hair dryer for the first 11 months. It blew strong and is fairly lightweight and did not burn your hair. I also enjoyed the fact that it was low noise. Unfortunately, it started rattling and sounding much louder and we also noticed it is started to blow harder and kind of frizz our hair. We now need to purchase a new dryer after only 15 months.

I bought this dryer in March 2018 and it served me pretty well with daily use. Quiet, easy to handle, durable. But this morning, in April 2021, a four inch tail of sparks shot out of the handle and nearly scorched the hairs on my forearms off. Thank God for the GFCI outlet cutting the power almost instantly! Needless to say, the dryer is dead and I wouldn't feel safe buying this brand anymore.

I was already disappointed with this hairdryer to begin with because it does not collapse or fold into itself like my old hairdryer did. That makes it bulky and hard to store. I thought I could live with this minor design flaw since it seemed to do it's job well. Unfortunately, I'm a little over a year into using this product and it is very low on strength and makes a terrible rattling noise when I move it around to dry my hair. I went on a vacation and had to use my mom's "crappy" conair hairdryer and immediately noticed how much stronger it was and how much quicker I could dry my hair.

HAD this blow dryer for more than a year since July 2018 and works perfectly! I have thick curly hair and using the diffuser on my hair works awesome at drying and creating less frizz. I was worried about the negative comments about the nozzle coming off but mine is in great condition and never once had that problem! It’s works just as new.

This handy dryer is just right for a quick dry hair style. The options of heating power and drying intensity are great. A good choice for in home use and a bit bulky to travel with.

I've had this since 2018, about 3 years; worked great until it spontaneously started on fire. I kept the lint cover clean and it hung by a hook in the closet, so it was in good shape, but one day it just sparked and flames shot out of it. Wouldn't risk buying another.

Ordered April 2018. Broke May 2019. Just quit on me yesterday in the middle of drying my hair. Let it cool down, didn’t fix it. Junk. Threw it away.
