To be honest, I was a little concerned that the flame wouldn't be large enough to make it look as though it was a real fire... This little unit throws a ton of flame! In fact, I mostly run it on a much lower flame setting than I would have imagined. Not sure on gas consumption rate though, but man it looks pretty! Installation was as expected... Build quality appears solid.... No surprises. Used fire glass (lava rocks) in tray to cover element with manufactured log set and it looks great!

Excellent product.

The product is good but the instructions are very poor, plus screws missing and the bracket for controls is very flimsy. When you push the gas valve or the ignition lighter switch it bends so you have to hold it with other hand.

The media could not be loaded. Product was easy to install. Was exactly what I was looking for to give my pond alittle something extra. Material seems to made of high quality product, only time will tell. Happy with purchase, I did break the knob as it’s plastic while installing, but still 5 stars.

First the good. The fire ring, couplers, hoses and valves all seem like they are really good quality, came with good instructions and were easy to assemble. I feel very confident about that part of the purchase.Now the not so good. It really only has two settings. High (as shown in the photo) and very, very low. There do not see to be any variants in between. The igniter bundle is made of cheap plastic and the instructions leave a great deal to be desired. I'm getting a spark and it lights the ring but till not sure if I've done it correctly and that worries me with gas. I may opt to just use a lighter instead.I needed to replace the system on my 10 year old fire table and this one works, but overall, its a bit of a downgrade.

Install was quick and easy. Now I don’t have to smell like smoke. Flame is easily adjustable. Just be quick to light it since it will trap gas.

The only weak parts would be the lighter, decided not to use it. Also the instructions are ok but nowhere it was mentioned that you need to instal a battery, some of those lighter do not use a battery. Because it is outside and the battery may be exposed to cold weather and not function well I decided to use a gas lighter which is much more reliable.

After only 3 uses, the regulator went bad. Also, the valve for flame control also is junk. It loops vs having a high and low setting. The ignitor works fine, and the fire "bar" is sufficient. The hole in the fireman where the ignitor is supposed to fit through does not fit as it should, causing the mounting to be backwards from what you would expect it to be, how it is with every other firepit assembly I have set up and installed.
