Sea Salt Spray - Aloe-Enhanced Texture Spray, Beach Waves without Dryness

I appreciate this spray for quite a few reasons: My husband was using hair spray and mouse, which ended up causing him to have a flaky scalp for the first time in his life. I'd initially bought this for myself, but it didn't work in the way I specifically needed so he gave it a try. He has very thick and textured hair, this brings out his natural wave pattern and helps style and hold for an entire work day. He refuses to use any other products. It's also super nice that this product is made in the states from a reputable seller. It is important to support our local economy and this is a great company to do it with. Good products, smells great, and truly made a difference in scalp health vs. artificial products.

This spray smells good and works well. It makes my hair feel soft not dry like other sea salt sprays.

This sea salt spray gives my hair a nice natural texture and a bit of volume without making it feel stiff or crunchy. I like that it has aloe, so it doesn’t dry my hair out like some other salt sprays can. The scent is light and not overpowering. It works best on slightly damp hair for that effortless, beachy look. I have been using this product for 3 years. I lived in the Caribbean for many tears and always loved how my hair behaved in that climate. I moved to the northern U.S. and without the sea nearby, my hair became flat and lifeless. I discovered this product and I now have my beach curls back. I mist my clean dry hair with a little water and then generously spray the sea salt spray all over, tip my head upside down and scrunch my hair. Once dry, I gently run a pick through my hair. It is like a miracle. It gives my hair body and curls, and I love the smell! Just like being back on the beach. Highly recommend.

Smells great but doesn’t help with texturing or volume

Great hair care product. The sea salt spray gives my hair volume and gives life to my natural waves. Plus, I love that this product is made without harmful chemicals.

I like the product a lot. Does the job! simple to use! Spray in, hair dryer, work your hair how ya want and it last! Solid product in my opinion and will be buying in future.

Used for the first time last night and I'm on board! I bought this for the express purpose of using it as a prep product to help make my hair stay in waves. This does it. To get waves, I go one of 2 ways: (A) use either a 1" barrel or (B) use the heatless roller things (Kitsch has them, and there's one that's like a bathrobe tie that works much better for me). Because my hair is fine, limp, and doesn't usually hold a curl, I got a tip to use a texture spray before curling, which worked really well until it stopped being sold on Amazon! So I trolled other reviews and found this. Here's how I used it: - had dry hair, washed prob 2 days prior - sprayed throughout my dry hair a moderate amount. i clipped up sections, sprayed a little, let another section down, etc. - i did not comb it through at that point, but i sprayed strategically enough to not make a ton of knots - i used the velvet headband curler thing and did the whole wrapping gig. - went to bed, took the headband thing out about 8 hours later Assessment: My hair was not crispy, which I was really pleased by! It does have a weird salty texture (shouldn't be shocking) like the way your hair feels after you've spent an afternoon in the ocean. It DEFINITELY holds the waves, way better than if my hair had been wet instead. Honestly I suck at using the velvet headband curler thing because I don't practice enough, and this product erased my poor learning curve. I combed out the waves with a wide-tooth comb because the salty texture was a bit too much to run my fingers through. I do still feel the salty texture post-comb, but not in a way that bothers me and it looks pretty natural. It also feels (and looks!) like my hair has a ton of body (pssst. it's actually super thin and lifeless). I obviously haven't tested it yet, but I do actually think these waves will hold through today and tomorrow, even if I sleep on them. And that's pretty mindblowing for me. I will definitely be hanging on to this product. It has made it into the sacred echelon of liquids I choose to have in mini spray bottles in the piddly 1 Qt ziplock for carry-on travel.

This product changed my life. It smells nice and fresh.. it keeps the hair texture. I can spray some water on it the next day and curl it again and it will stay.
