Great crutches if your tall and heavier
I got reconstructive surgery on my left foot and I’ve been using these during recovery. I used a knee scooter at first and switched to these about two weeks ago and they’ve been great. For reference I’m 5’11” and about 285 pounds and these feel really sturdy. I never feel like they’re going to give out on me. The material is comfortable and doesn’t bother my arms at all. They’re also pretty quiet which I wasn’t expecting but definitely appreciate. The only downside is they don’t fold so they’re kind of awkward to lean against a wall when you’re sitting down. The arm cuff also took a little getting used to but after a day or two I didn’t even notice it anymore. Overall I’d definitely recommend these over regular underarm crutches. They’re way more comfortable in my opinion and have made getting around during recovery a lot easier.

On my 4th pair! Good grip!
I’ve been disabled for almost 4 years now and I am on my fourth pair of these, my favorite part is that even if you put lotion on your hands or you might have a little bit of liquid, the handles are still very grippy They’re also much lighter weight than some of the expensive ones I’ve tried a bunch and these are definitely my favorite. I feel really stable on them and the price is right!

These work so well for me, better than canes!
I like the part at the elbow that supports your arm, plus I bought the zippered cover for the elbow part (paired with this listing) which has a Velcro strap. That addition makes it so much easier to let go of the grip so I can do something with my hands, and the crutches don’t fall over. I bought the set of two (an option when I purchased) rather than just one, and am very glad I did because I use only one inside the house but when I take my daily half hour walk outside it really is easier to walk (and less energy draining) using two. I am feeling some progress with healing with my knee because A. The crutches make it so I can continue my daily walks, and keeping moving is necessary for my type of knee joint issue, and B. This helps reduce the load on my bad knee which is also beneficial. Note: These are not the type of crutches that allow you to not put your foot on the ground at all (or maybe I’m too uncoordinated for that), but these are something you use when you want to start putting some weight on your leg/ankle/knee but need some help. These have been a remarkable game changer for me! These and glucosamine chondroitin capsules, that is!

Comfortable alternative to crutches or walkers.
Works better than expected. I was unsure of this type of crutch but am very happy with it. The handles have good grip and slightly padded. The rest is smooth plastic. There are light reflectors on the handle and the back which I guess would be useful for some. It's a challenge leaning them against a wall or counter as the smooth plastic lets them fall easily. Would have given it a 5 star but the method to change the height is a little fiddly. No biggy if you will only set it once but if I'm wearing taller shoes I'd need to adjust. Also this type of crutch doesn't have anyway to easily carry items with you unlike crutches or walkers that have bag accessories you can buy.

Wonderful and inexpensive
Works great as a cane. It adds extra support to bear weight. Comfortable too. I highly recommend.

Not for the Taller and/or Thinner
First time I've ever returned a product twice on Amazon after 30 years as a customer. The first shipment came with only one crutch, even though my order clearly confirmed two. No biggie, returned. After getting both, it was clearly unsafe for folks who are taller and/or thinner (I'm 6'3" and 195 pounds). The forearm cuffs are really large and, without any safety straps and having to use max length, wobbled all over the place despite my arms being in pretty good shape. Borderline scary. So, returned again. I wouldn't give it less than three stars, though, because if you are less tall and have larger forearms, these are actually otherwise decent quality

Two sticks
I’ve been walking with canes for two years now. And my arms would always get very sore after awhile. With these my arms no longer have all my weight on them. They’ve helped me very much, to relieve the stress on my arms. Highly recommend. And there well made.

Great quality, easy to use
Great quality. Definitely helped me better than under the pit crutches this surgery. Easy to use after figuring out best height, and a good fit. I did get padding for it though.

Seguras y bonitas

Good quality, stable
I am using these because of arthritis and these have been a lifesaver. They are very stable, easy to use right away (if you've never used crutches before, they usually take some getting used to) and the workmanship is excellent.
