I have had a Volcano for years, decided to purchase the oven that fits it perfectly. This is for my travel trailer and I love how it fits perfectly

this thing is great, super huge, Big enough for 3 chickens and vegetables, or one Hen Turkey and vegetables. Great product. It is pre seasoned and good quality, the Ring for the coals on the lid is adequate also. Makes great dishes even on an open fire (I was out hunting) I would recommend this one and that is really saying something!

I have 10 inch and a 14 inch dutch ovens but when I purchased a volcano grill I found that neither fit it properly. I find the 12 inch Volcano Dutch Oven is a perfect fit and there are three features that make it perfect for my needs: There are notches in the pot and lid that align to allow the thermometer probe wire to exit, and the lid has ridges on the inside to self baste the meal with condensation, and on the outside (top) to hold briquettes when necessary. When the directions are followed it works perfectly.

This is an okay Dutch oven -- with a major flaw. It is the right size to fit the Volcano grill but the quality is medium. It doesn't compare, for example, to a Lodge Dutch oven. The major flaw is the handle. It is designed perfectly -> to make the Dutch oven tip while you're carrying it <- Instead of having a circular shape where the handle meets the oven, it is V-shaped! The oven wants to tip toward one side or the other. You must hold the oven as well as the handle when you're carrying it or you'll have spillage problems. Aside from that major flaw, it works, but a Dutch oven from another manufacturer is a better choice.

i ordered and then reordered this item the 1st one the base was cracked and the 2ndone the lid wobbled and the lid was cracked in the pictures you cant see that the handle isnt cast iron its bolted on the domed lid was a very cool idea but i never got to use it. i sent both back.

I could have bought a cheaper Dutch Oven, but I wanted one the was made to fit the Volcano Grill. This one is perfect and has the ridges on the top so you can put hot coals up there for baking. I look forward to many meals cooked in here. Oh this is pre-seasoned for you unlike so many others.

Perfect Dutch Oven for home and away. It's a perfect fit to the Volcano Stove and we use it at home in the oven for roasting and on top of the stove for stews.
