WORST SUPPORT EVER - 2nd Machine in 6 weeks and THIS ONE DOES NOT WORK!
WORST SUPPORT EVER - 2nd Machine in 6 weeks and THIS ONE DOES NOT WORK! Ordered this machine and got it out of the box and most of the drives didn't work. Sent it back for a replacement. Got the second machine. It burned CD's 1 time and went to do it a 2nd time and the machine shuts down. Called tech support have to wait again for them to send out the 3rd machine. This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE they are GARBAGE and send out inferior equipment!

Si ustedes se fijan ellos lo venden como quemadores LG siendo que en las fotos que yo mando no tiene quemadores LG ahora no les ponen ventiladores para enfriar las tores no venden lo que ponen para mi es fraude

Not reliable
The unit malfunctioned after 6 weeks of light use (1-2 burns/week). There was a pop and smoke came out of the power supply in back. Another duplicator had been used on the same outlet for years so not an issue with the power itself. Very disappointed.
