The HoneForest TDS, EC, Temp Meter 3 in 1 works great. This device is powered by a CR2032 lithium battery. In TDS mode measures the Total Dissolved Solids in water being tested. The higher the reading the more inpure the water is. A reading of 0 ppm (parts per million) would be deionized water. A reading under 50 would be purfied water. 50 to 100 would be hard water. 100 to 400 would be typical tap water. Anything above 500 does not meet EPA standards. The EC or Electrical Conductivity deionized water is not very conducive while most city tap water is almost as conducive as copper wire. This device also measures temperature in celsius and Fahrenheit. Small size, very durabile, changed scales easy, light weight, and brightness makes for easy to read even in full sunlight or the darkest places.

I’m extremely happy with the HoneForest TDS Meter! I used it on my tap water (98), distilled water (0), and filtered water (88), and the readings came out pretty good! It was really interesting to see the clear difference between the three. The device is very easy to use right out of the box. Just turn it on, place it in the water, and within seconds you get a clear reading for TDS, EC, and temperature. It feels well-made for the price, compact, light weight, and reliable. If you want a simple and accurate way to test your water quality at home, this is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it!

had mine for several months now and it's still working ok. every so often it will flake out a little with really low readings but resetting it or clearing it a few times usually does the trick. for this price I would buy again.

I purchased this in 2021 after installing a whole house filtration system and a RO system in the kitchen. After having tested for base line, I use it to monitor periodically. The device is easy to use and has a guide on the unit that is easy to follow. I have compared the water from my RO system to bottled water, and the TDS meter allows me to see the effectiveness of both my RO system in the kitchen and all other water throughout my house. Very pleased with quality.

Dependable, reliable and accurate time after time. We live and travel in our 5th wheel full time so we're in a different park every one to three months and sometimes their in different states or different parts of the country that means different water supplies with different possible issues we have onboard water filters and inline filters but we still check the water at the source and in the rig when we arrive at a new park and at least every couple weeks while parked just to make sure our water filters are working properly and are protecting us. Clean water is a must for drinking, cooking and showering so changing the water supply often has the possibility of causing issues with our health checking the water quality couldn't be easier that what this great little tester is it's as simple as turning it on and placing it is a glass or cup and reading the information it provides we can use this anytime and anywhere we are and know immediately if the water were using is clean and safe. This tester is small enough to fit into any overnight bag, drawer or anywhere else you want to keep it it's fast, reliable and goes a very long time before needing new batteries and the first set of batteries are even included as well as a nice leather case to store the tester in. The tester can be used to test aquarium water , pool water or any other body or type of water I know we feel much better when we know as much as possible about the water we're using and giving our Grandkids when they travel with us having and using this portable water tester has given us a valuable tool and peace of mind and control of our water quality.

Awesome little device. Tested many different waters with it. Simple and easy to use. Highly recommended for home owners if you want to check your water for health reasons.

Its worked great so far. Seemed like a legit reading as it matches ppm expected with measurements. Has lasted for over two months and survived drops on the floor. Very good for the price.

I can't figure out how to have it perform per the instructtions. Specifically, I"'m talking about holding the temp and ppm. The other thing is that i use the clear function and it doesn't clear. I think the ppm and temp functions are working correctly in terms of them displaying an accurate number.

I purchased this TDS meter as a secondary tester for water from my tap, my ZeroWater 5-stage carbon filtration system and my Maytag fridge's filtered water/ice maker. The ZeroWater jug comes with its own tester, and it works reasonably well, but can give erroneous readings even a few days apart (necessitating a quick filter change). I test the tap water (municipal supply ) every so often [our supply is about 125 ppm, unfiltered]. Every six months, I change out the fridge's carbon filter (using OEM filters from Amazon) and test the water quality after running several litres of water. The device is easy to use and has an excellent set of instructions and information on total Dissolved Solids in various situations such as tap water, hydroponics, and even aquariums. It comes in a nice leather case. Recommended.
