However, TO's company sale and subsequent product + price changes had me looking elsewhere.I did not have high hopes for this moisturizer and the matching ultra gentle cleanser. 2 months later, I'm a Neutrogena convert. These are hands down the best skincare products I've used. The constant dermatitis, dryness, and irritation I've had since childhood were gone for good after the first week. Better yet, I've had almost non-existant acne despite ongoing hormone treatments. I'm really, really impressed.It is important to note that niacinamide will burn if your skin barrier is compromised. Actual sensitivity to niacinamide is pretty rare, and this is a very gentle concentration.I did experience stinging during my first week. However, it became less uncomfortable with each application. I've had no such pain with it since the first week, though I will experience some tingling if my skin's barrier has been thrown off (e.g. swimming in chlorinated water, dehydration, dry weather).
