These are great for mounting small cameras to poles. However, they are not designed for those cheapie cheap cameras that are on the market right now. With that said, they work, but you will likely need to drill custom holes into it to fit your cheap camera. I did, and I loved it after that, so don't let that stop you from buying it. Just have a good metal drill available.

I needed a mount for my WXM weather station but I didnโt want to drill any holes into the concrete pillars. These mounts came in clutch since they adapted perfectly to the tube rails and provided a very sturdy hold to the mounting pole.
