These definitely do work, you might need to wiggle them a little like a “hot hands” pack, because at first when I took it out it was cold but wiggling them activated it. They definitely do last for the full 8 hours. They’re also pretty sticky I switched 1 from front to lower back & it still sticks pretty well. They could be warmer in my opinion.

These heat patches are absolute life savers. My daughter uses them for menstrual cramps and loves them. They stay warm for 8+ hours and really help ease discomfort without any mess or fuss. They're easy to apply, stay in place, and provide just the right amount of heat. We’ve never been disappointed by anything from Rael—even their face masks are amazing. If you struggle with PMS pain, these are a must-have!

Definitely helps. Wore it to disney day one of period and def helped. Even brought for my husband to put on his back incase it started acting up due to previous pain. Personally wish the heat was stronger but I get it.

as someone that really struggles with cramps, these are a game changer. Especially while I'm in school it's nice to have one of these on when my cramps are very bad on the first day. they stay pretty warm for up to eight hours. I would definitely suggest trying these if you were thinking about it.

I’ve been testing out 10 different brands of heating packs since I have a cyst on one of my ovaries and heating packs help with the pain. This one is by far one of the worst ones. First, the size is smaller than most other ones. Second, I tested all 6 in the pack & with all of them the heat only lasted about 15 to 45 minutes before it started cooling down - so it wasn’t a case of just one bad one it was the entire pack. I ordered these and use them within a few days of ordering them so it’s not like they sat around and got old. Third, the temperature didn’t get warm at all compared to the other nine brands that I tested maybe if you run significantly cooler than the rest of the population, it might feel slightly warmer to you, but if you run slightly warmer than the rest of the population, you wouldn’t feel anything. It’s only slightly warmer than room temperature. My husband literally could not feel a difference at all. The only reason why I could feel the difference is because typically my fingers are ice cold. We even got out a temperature gun & tested the warmest one & the hottest that it got was 99.6°F. These were an absolute waste of money. These are also more expensive than the other 9 brands that I tested per heat pack. I would not recommend and I would not purchase it again.
