I had to set my temp's 10 deg higher on the bed and then still struggled with adhesion a little. You have to clean the bed with Isopropyl alcohol after every use but the more I use it the better the adhesion gets and sooo glad I stuck with this. Having thinner material means I can use a sensor that needed to get closer to the bed. Removing after printing is much easier to do and the strength of the magnetic adhesion is much better than the black bed material.Cleaning the bed is so much easier also. Once the initial shiny almost oily top surface had dulled a bit it sticks so much better than at first use.
