Awesome Pond Clean Hands System, Containing Mechanical & Biological Filtration, Easy Maintenance Filter, UV Water Clarifier, for Ponds up to 1200 Gallons, Black, (8847)

This review is mainly targeted toward the customer service. I purchased the clean hands filter system in 2022 and during the most recent cleaning the handle that you turn to clean it broke, like completely snapped off in half. I contacted customer service after looking at the website and seeing the 2 year guarantee. Unfortunately the part that I needed was not covered under the warranty but said they would check if they happened to have a spare handle around. Again unfortunately they did not have the piece I needed. So upon trying to figure out another option I asked if I could purchase the whole top assembly then instead. Once again they do not sell that part separately. BUT what they did do was found a top assembly from a smaller version that appears will hopefully fit mine and are sending it free of charge. While they didn't have the specific part I needed available they still tried their best and sent another part (free of charge at that even though that part wasn't technically under warranty)that will hopefully fit before I have to resort to buying a whole new unit. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Angie!As far as the filter itself, it works great and keeps my pond clear and I LOVE that i don't have to deal with messy sponge filters and trying to keep them cleaned out!PS- I would suggest to Pennington to have more replacement parts available for their products!

I purchased this UV filter even though reading some of the negative reviews about customer service. This seemed like the perfect filter for my needs with the easy cleaning of the media inside. After 2 weeks I noticed the UV light stopped working, reached out to the manufacturer and they quickly responded and replaced the item. Very happy with the customer service and the quick response. Would definitely recommend this item to others.

Before 30 days was up it went on sale. No contact from the seller within the first 30 days. Fish died. No contact from the seller. $45 a fish* 12 fishAs long as you don't add the additive keeps that pond water crystal crystal clearNow it's one uneven more so feeling really ripped off

I had to purchase additional parts like hoses, clamps, pump, etc. to complete the installation.

Easy installation. Works great cleared my pond fast!

Handle broke, which rendered it useless water was pouring out, reached out to the seller. They let me know The only thing that was covered was the UV light. So it went into the garbage, waste of money.

This broke in 3 months. 3 parts broken. Called the company and they said the warranty didn't cover parts so I asked if I could order them and they said no. None available. Really?? Lost $289

Lid clamp broke after 3 months can't find repair parts anywhere.
