Was easy to setup and configure. Bought 2 more for the other rooms in the house.

Habe mir eine Klimaanlage bestellt, die mit nichts Kommunizieren kann außer der Fernbedienung. Durch den Sensibo habe ich alle Funktionen einer Smarten Klimaanlage, und zusätzlich kann ich in der kostenlosen Version eine 24h Temperatur, und Feuchtigkeit Kurve bekommen. Einrichtung war in 15 Minuten erledigt. Einbindung in das Apple HomeKit war ebenfalls Problemlos.

I wanted to connect my newly installed Mitsubishi mini-splits to my HomeKit network. I had tried another brand but didn't love it and it didn't control all the functions, so I decided to try the Sensibo Air (non-Q), then bought two additional AirQ models. They were easy to set up thanks to the bar codes on the units - one for the Sensibo app and one for HomeKit. Once you pair the unit with the app, it downloads a firmware update and then you can pair the remote control. Five presses of the ON/OFF button, and they are ready to control your A/C. They can handle all the functions and TBH, the app is a lot less complicated than the factory remotes. Once set up, fire up the Home app on your iPhone, Add Accessory and scan the HomeKit code. Now, support for these under HomeKit (and Home) is pretty minimal. You can turn the A/C on (heat, cool, etc.) and off, and set a temp. You will get a temperature reading and can find the humidity as well if you know where to look. But with the Sensibo app, you have full control over all functions including, in my case, the swing features. Plus with the AirQ, you can see the TVOC and CO2 levels. It also gives alerts if either of these increase. So one thing to keep in mind, is the temperature reading might not be accurate. In my case, each unit reads about two degrees higher than the actual temp in the room. You can "calibrate" through the Sensibo website and it will show up in the Sensibo app, but that does not (yet) correct the readings in HomeKit. Sensibo support is aware of this and is working on it. And BTW, their support is EXCELLENT! The Sensibo app is very full-featured. They also offer a cloud service with some additional features, but I don't need that. These are not the cheapest units on the market but they work well and after spending many thousands on the A/C/Heat Pump, a few hundred more (for 3) was a minor addition to the overall cost. Highly recommend these!

De Sensibo Air PRO heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen en is een must-have voor iedereen die zijn airconditioning of verwarming slim wil bedienen. Dit apparaat maakt het mogelijk om je klimaatbeheersysteem eenvoudig te automatiseren en op afstand te bedienen, wat mijn leven aanzienlijk gemakkelijker heeft gemaakt. Wat ik het meest waardeer, is de gebruiksvriendelijke app. Met de Sensibo-app op mijn smartphone kan ik de temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid in mijn huis in de gaten houden, waar ik ook ben. Het instellen van schema's is eenvoudig; ik kan bijvoorbeeld mijn airco aanzetten voordat ik thuis kom, zodat ik altijd in een comfortabele omgeving aankom. De geavanceerde sensoren van de Air PRO zijn geweldig. Ze detecteren de temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid in de ruimte en passen de instellingen automatisch aan voor optimaal comfort. Dit zorgt niet alleen voor een aangenamere leefomgeving, maar helpt ook om energie te besparen. Een ander geweldig kenmerk is de stemcommando-integratie. Het werkt perfect met zowel Google Assistant als Amazon Alexa, waardoor ik mijn klimaatregeling eenvoudig met mijn stem kan bedienen. Dit is vooral handig als ik mijn handen vol heb met andere taken. Daarnaast is de installatie heel eenvoudig. Het apparaat is compatibel met vrijwel elke airconditioner of verwarmingssysteem, en de set-up was binnen enkele minuten voltooid. De stijlvolle en compacte vormgeving past perfect in mijn interieur, zonder op te vallen. Al met al is de Sensibo Air PRO een uitstekende investering voor iedereen die zijn binnenklimaat wil verbeteren en een slimme, efficiënte oplossing zoekt. Ik ben er zo blij mee dat ik het aan iedereen kan aanbevelen!

I bought 4 of the basic ones some years back, 2 failed after about 3 years (admittedly Covid meant they weren't used much) , they replaced the 2 , which was fantastic. One more has since failed. Thought I would buy the top of the Line Pro ones, really not worth it. They seem to want to charge you for everything, so I really paid double to get a humidity reading? Set up was a little painful , and when I finally got it to work I didn't even know it? Great Company, Great Products but expensive.
