Not used with caravan yet. Good clear directions given in plenty of time ( 1/2 mile ahead) while I tried it out. Nice clear screen and touchscreen is responsive.

We bought the refurbished one. It works great and avoids narrow roads just like we wanted for use towing our caravan.

I had trouble trying to connect to garmin server. my neighbour help by using his wifi after that I was able to connect to my own network .updated software but would not update maps because not enough space kept appearing on screen even though I had put an 32gb sd card into slot had to update on computer 🤔

A very good device for caravanning.

bonjour, j'ai acheté ce GPS le 17/03/2025, nous avons utilisé ce GPS pendant nos vacances pendant l'été 2025 pour l'utiliser dans notre camping car, il marchait correctement. Depuis septembre 2025, nous ne l'avons plus utilisé. Or, nous sommes partis pendant 1 semaine du 20 au 27/05/2026 et là le GPS n'a plus marché, il s'allume difficilement et quand on arrive à l'allumer il s'éteint automatiquement mais impossible de s'en servir. Ce GPS n'a servi que 2 fois. Par conséquent au vu de ce éléments je demande son remplacement. dans l'attente de votre réponse. cordialement Mme MEZIANE

Questo navigatore Garmin per Camper e Caravan è formidabile dal punto di vista delle funzionalità e della visibilità dello schermo. Purtroppo i percorsi che fornisce sono assolutamente inadatti alla guida per un camper o una roulotte. Mi spiego meglio: l'ho testato facendo percorsi che conosco bene e per arrivare alla destinazione fa compiere giri e deviazioni assolutamente inutili e, in molti casi, su vie strette e difficoltose per un camper o pe runa roulotte, quindi è completamente inutile rispetto ad altre modalità di navigazioni qualii MAPS o altre app per dispositivi mobili. Ho dovuto restituirlo perchè inutile.

Das 780 ist jetzt mein drittes Garmin Navi. Ich liebe wie alle Camper die Software und wie einfach es zu bedienen ist. Touchscreen reagiert sehr genau. Die Saugleistugd des Halters ist echt super. Das aktualisieren der Software ist extrem einfach. Dieses Navi müsste eigentlich jeder Wohnmobilfahrer besitzen.

Ich verwende es für Wohnmobilreisen in Europa. Die integrierte App Campercontact leistet gute Dienste.

Non avevo letto bene. Dice chiaramente che è ricondizionato . Certamente questa scritta passa inosservata mentre il prezzo leggermente più basso dei competitor lo rende appetibile. Per un navigatore usato il prezzo simile al nuovo è eccessivo. Non lo ricomprerei . Starò più attento !!
