This organic vegetable stock base was a great find. I never felt good about buying heavy waxed paper boxes of liquid stock - all that shipping weight and waste. If you are not into making your own organic veggie stock, this is the next best option. It may seem pricey, but this jar makes 5.5 gal. of stock. In my area, a 32 oz. box of organic vegetable stock costs about $3. This jar makes about 22 boxes worth. Just wow! You do the math! It is also gluten-free, and has no MSG. Good taste, no waste. I very highly recommend!

I read through many vegetable broth base nutrition labels before I finally purchased this one. I wanted something with actual vegetables and not a ton of questionable flavor enhancers. Oh man, this broth is AMAZING! I can honestly say that this is the best tasting vegetable broth that I have ever used and everything that I cook tastes so much better. I don’t even use very much of it so it’s lasted me a while, which I am glad for since it’s a bit expensive, but it is absolutely worth it.It does take a bit of patience for it to melt into water since it comes out in a clump. I usually heat up the water prior to mixing the base into it so that the solid clump would mix faster and more completely, which is a minor inconvenience given the amazing flavor.

It's really hard for me to find soup base that doesn't contain MSG, hydrolyzed products or yeast extract, which I have to avoid because of migraines. I used it for instant Ramen, as flavors for many savory dishes. I am so happy that this is available.

I've tried many vegetable soup bases and this is my favorite. It actually has flavor and not just salt, although it does have enough of that too.My only complaint would be that it takes longer to dissolve than other soup bases but great none the less.

it is a bit greasy for me. I didn't expect it. I used it for a vegetable soup base and it was too greasy for me. You don't taste the oil but it doesn't look appetizing to see the oil floating on your soup.

Wr have tried different brands and now we only but this product. Sooooo good and tasty!

I have purchased this product at least 4 times over the past few years. It is excellent in flavor and I love the natural ingredients. A great find!

This product is tasty enough. Not spectacular, but not bad either. I would like to give it four stars, but given that is says "Non-GMO" in the product headline, that is not reflected in the packaging with non-GMO project label.
