Who puts a mess lining in the bottom of a dog/puppy play pen? Oh yeah Carlsons does!! That is the first thing a puppy is going to chew up and chew their way out of…such a waste of money!!! If I’d known the bottom was mesh id of never ordered it! Seriously you put a solid bottom on a dog/puppy play pen of this type! What a piece of junk!! Save your money, there are others made with solid bottoms! Of all the dog/puppy stuff I’ve ordered this is was the worst & biggest waste of money! Carlson should refund those of us who were not aware of the mesh bottom that our pups chewed right through and now it’s worthless because you can’t keep them in it(duh, ever smart dog/pup will chew that mesh bottom to escape.) Seriously they need to change that feature of this very expensive playpen! I want a refund or replaced with a new one when they fix this big flaw!!!!

Good quality material and easy set up and closing. However, the pass through is about big enough for a chihuahua. There is no way for humans to get in and get pet out. The sides are to tall to step over. If the pet doesn't come to you to lift over and out you have to start to tear down playpen to try to get to animal. Which is dangerous for both the human and pet. I bought this for rabbits and chickens which WILL not come to you! The bottom floor also does not zip out so you can have animals on bare floor or ground. No easy clean as described unless you want to get in and try to scrub the mesh. I did not try the canopy as I was disappointed to find out the above. I packed it it and requested refund and return.

This works really well for keeping my small dogs contained outside. I don’t have to constantly have my eyes on them worrying if they’ll jump out or a large hawk will swoop in to take one. Easy to clean, set up and take down. I would purchase this again.

Entry to small. I like the set up and I purchased a large but my dogs have to squeeze to fit in. I will need to make an adjustment to the door.
