The epic conclusion to Chris Colfer's #1 New York Times bestselling series The Land of Stories! In the highly anticipated conclusion to the Land of Stories series, Conner and Alex must brave the impossible. All of the Land of Stories fairy tale characters--heroes and villains--are no longer confined within their world! With mayhem brewing in the Big Apple, Conner and Alex will have to win their biggest battle yet. Can the twins restore order between the human and fairy tale world? Breathtaking action mixed with laugh out loud moments and lots of heart will make this a gripping conclusion for many fans! Review: Epically Entertaining - There are very few children's books out there that are meaningful, adventurous, and witty at the same time. This book and the entire series in general passes my criteria with flying colors. Chris Colfer weaves an entertaining story dappled with humor and suspense that keeps you turning the page at 4:30 am or whenever you think, "Just one more chapter." We first start with a meet-and-greet at a bookstore celebrating Mr. Bailey's 80th birthday. Mr. Bailey is, of course, Conner Bailey himself, so this is quite a time jump into the future. This chapter was amazingly written and absolutely necessary for many reasons, the first of which being the little phrases hinting at economical cars, paper not made from trees, and apparently illegal caffeine 65 years from now. (That's right, Starbucks lovers, get your caffeine fix while you still can.) But there's more! We find out that Bree Campbell and Conner were indeed happily married for fifty years. There is all-important information as well, such as old Conner becoming an astoundingly successful author or his faulty mind forgetting the whereabouts of his mysterious sister Alex. Other than the incredibly heartwarming chapter near the end that discusses the true meaning of happily ever after, this was by far my favorite chapter (and usually, I hate first chapters.) I won't reveal too much about the rest of the book, but Rook from book three does return and his loyalty to Alex was sweet, although I was Team Arthur all the way. Trollbella finds a new love, unexpectedly, and Bree and Conner finally discuss their relationship. This book then comes full circle with the appearance of John Bailey, the twins' dad. I won't say how, but it was an especially tearjerking chapter for me. It was an amazing conclusion to the amazing last book of the wonderful series, and I don't think the ending could have happened any other way. So I have just one final remark to put out there: Do you believe in magic? Review: One of our favorite book endings ever! - Olivia's review: I have to be honest, I was a little bit disappointed with this book. I've been keeping up with the series since book one, and have loved every single book progressively more as the series went on, but this one was a bit of a let down. That's not to say I didn't still love it and fly through it in a day - there was just a little bit of the usual magic in the series that was missing. That said, this was an incredible finale that I would highly recommend. This book is a real page-turner. In addition, I loved getting to see how each character's story ended, since many were highly anticipated (like what happens to Froggy). In general, though, I think the best part of this book is the beginning and the end. This really knocked the whole thing out of the park, making this one of my favorite book endings ever. The creativity is really what made it special; I've never seen anything like it before. Overall, a really great book that was originally a bit of a let down, but has a spectacularly memorable ending. Oscar's review: When I reread the first book in the Land of Stories series this year, I thought how much this series has adapted and evolved from the first book to the last. I thought about the characters and how they grew, and how it seems like we, the readers, have been actually reading about growing, changing people - Alex and Conner. When I finished the first chapter of WORLDS COLLIDE, I thought to myself This can't get any better. But I found myself saying the same thing after each chapter. Chris Colfer kept me on the edge of. my seat, always making me think I knew what was going to happen, but always proving me wrong. He also added amazing twists such as (Spoiler), being able to get out of the magic mirror by helping someone. Overall, this series, from beginning to end, is amazing.

Good read!
The one bottom corner came bent, but nothing you can't fix! Still a good end to the series!

Good series
My 13 year old daughter really loves this series of books. She likes all the fairy tale characters come to life in a new way. I feel like it is an age appropriate series.

Happily Ever After
A conclusion that is truly a Happily Ever After. My word this was everything I wanted it to be and more. This final book was the right amount of action, humor, and emotional. There were moments I found myself laughing out loud and even a couple moments where I found myself tearing up. Chris Colfer wrapped this story and world up so nicely but also he took some risks that paid off deeply. I enjoyed reading about Alex and Connor so much and am so saddened to see this magical story end but all good things must come to an end. Some highlights for me throughout this entire series were the creative twists done to the beloved fairy tales. Most importantly the best thing to come from this series is none other then Mother Goose. She has solidified her place as one of the best literary characters ever. My only downside was that books one and two followed a similar plot mechanic but that is just a personal preference Also I do realize that this series is geared for a much younger audience then myself.

I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!!
Im a 13 year old girl and I think this book is amazing! I love how the characters are described in away that is relatable, and I love how Cris added the twist to the classic fairy tales. I loved this series so much that I actually started crying when i finished the last book because I didint want too say goodbye too all the characters, what can I say im sensitive like that! But I read a tale of magic and I cant wait for a tale of witch craft to come out! The way all the secrets were revealed in the series made me so excited too read the next book. I also love how inclusive Cris was, Conner's son had a husband, They had a female president, awesome female characters, and one of the Book huggers had two moms! Parents need to chill out about the whole "To innopropriate for my child" Thing, because being different is FINE.

Loved it, but was disappointed
I love the land of stories series, I have been reading them since 3rd grade. I expected the finale to be better than this one though. :( I wish there where more scenes with Arthur, he left it very vauge. I was so disappointed about that part. Overall though, I enjoyed it and read it all in one sitting. PLEASE MAKE A SERIES ABOUT CHARLIE BLACK!!!!!!!!!

very interesting
This is bought for my son and he loves the series of this book. He is sorry that this is the last book of the series. The story takes place in NY City - a war happening there with various fairy tales mixed up. Very enjoyable (according to him).

No spoilers shall be found in this review
An epic end to an amazing series. For follow up there are other books. One of my most enjoyed ending of a series, in fact the best one. Lot of drama, imagination and emotion was in this book. Chris surely had to collect a lot of information for this book about NYC but I think he lives there so........ I'll buy many more of his books as he has an overactive imagination that gives them a certain charm. Thank you Chris Colfer! Delivery was good and quick. Book was in good condition. In my opinion take hardcover as it is cheaper than softcover (this is the first time I'm seeing this too!) Waiting for more of his books. Must read for everyone of any age.

This is a very good book and it is a very nice way to conclude the series.
This is a very good book and it is a very nice way to conclude the series. I read and finished this book within 48 hours of its release as i enjoyed it so much. It would be quite nice if there were to be books to fiil in the gaps between books 5 and 6 but it is left open to your imagination. This is an amazing book and a great way to conclude this mystical jumble of clasic and modern fairytales.

the land of stories book 6
I think that this book is a very unique book with lots of intresting twists and turns. I admire Connor's determination, Alex's bravery, Froggy's modesty etc. This book tells the story of Alex, who has been cursed by evil witches and how Connor and his friends have to do all they can to save her, and the world p, from an approaching army. The fairy-tale world and the Otherworld is at riskโฆ Serena, age 8
