Tabac Original By Maurer & Wirtz For Men. Deodorant Stick 2.2 Oz

I like a straight deodorant and the scent of Tabac is classic.

For decades I've used Brut stick deodorant, and I'm getting a bit tired of it. But many deodorants irritate my skin. I've tried several. Because I'm a huge fan of Tabac shave soap (original formula), I thought I'd give this a try. Now some people don't like Tabac's scent. I think the deodorant may be slightly different than the soap, which by the way, I think has a pleasant scent. The stick deodorant has a mild, subtle, masculine scent, in no way harsh or unpleasant. I like the twist feature to raise the stick, and I had no irritation whatsoever. It is very effective. I am switching to Tabac!

I’m a Tabac fan. I love the shaving soap and EDC. I usually get aggravated when I need to buy deodorant. The supermarket stuff usually makes me itch and either smells too feminine or too Axe-ey. I’m 42, I don’t want to smell like some young kid who thinks he’s going to make a difference in the world and wants you to think he smells so cool. Well, I’m a realist and don’t give a damn if you don’t like how awesome I smell.This is a nicely packaged, concise, and is all business-like, how Tabac products usually are. There’s even a protective cap over the deodorant, likely to keep all that aromatic Tabac goodness intact throughout its long travels.It rolls on very easy and oh my, that Tabac aroma explodes. The Tabac scent is best represented in this form. Very manly tobacco florals and citrus sweetness creeps out when you start to work up a sweat. Lasts all day long.24 hours later, showered, toweled dry. The Tabac is still there, subtle. No stickiness or itch or residue. Amazing stuff, highly recommended.

I’m a fan of the Tabac Original scent and the body wash is very pleasant although it dissolves quickly. The deodorant stick nicely supplements the soap, although with a slight hint of alcohol — unlike the soap. It does however, add scent where the soap fades. It smells closer to the original once applied to the skin. When just smelling the deodorant itself the alcohol is stronger and doesn’t do the Tabac justice.Overall great buy, even if it takes a bit coming from the UK and at $8 a bit more pricey than average deodorants. Still, it’s somewhat unique and shipping is relatively fast considering the origin. (One week, but still faster than the estimated 2 weeks.)

As the title says it smells fantastic and rolls on easy and smooth when applied. Does it last through a workout? I doubt it. But I don't mind cause I'll just reapply more of this fresh scent!

What can I say, I really like this product.

The smell is extremely pleasant, I was already a fan of the Tabac shave soap so I decided to try this product and I’m happy that I did. I work 10 hour shifts and this deodorant lasts from sun up to sun down every day no matter how hard the work or how much I sweat. As long as Tabac keeps making it I won’t use anything else! It also doesn’t cause any irritation at all, and one roller lasts me just over a month give or take some days.

Stick to the actual cologne if you have any hypo-allergenic issues with deodorants...and who doesn't at this stage of the 21st century? I didn't bother to check on presence of aluminum-whatever in the formula because of my over-excitement to a Tabac fragrance for the pits. Definitely my mistake. Don't make it yours. It might make a nice after-shower one-roll for the feet...but I'll probably have a reaction there, too. Worth a try, however, before the stuff goes out to a landfill
