The Original Military Party Card Game for Veterans - Navy-Themed Deck

One of the reviews sold me on the gift for my boyfriend who went on deployment for the first time. I hear sometimes they have a lot of down time and this seems to be a good way to pass the time. It was very funny. I had to get him to explain the references to me though lol.

I sent this to my deployed boyfriend and his friends last week. Shockingly they already received the package and this was the highlight. They've had it for a few hours and are already counting the hours until they get to play. Apparently they had to cutoff a shipmates from reading all the answers haha. Thank you for providing some light to the heavy deployment. Would recommend to anyone in the navy!

My family enjoys this game! We play a similar game with our civilian family but when its just us....this is the game. We are a Navy family, two veterans and a young ROTC still waiting to join so the lingo is fun for us. The only issue is some terms, and I'm recent retired...are from another era. Lots of blank cards to fill out and add to your playing amusement. Would like to see cards to add to it; expansion packs based on submariners, airdales or surface would be a great idea.

Absolutely amazing game! We have a house full of Navy personnel and neighbors and we had a blast playing this! Highly recommend if you are Navy past or present- you won't regret!

I originally thought this was an expansion pack for Cards Against Humanity, but it's a play alone set. And once you pull the cards out, it does not really fit back perfectly into the box without spilling over. But it's ok. It all stays in the box somehow. As for the set itself, it follows along the lines of the Cards Against Humanity set and is not for the faint of heart. That being said, you also need to know Navy lingo to understand most of the cards. Heck even being in the Navy you might not know everything the cards are discussing. But it's fun. It's different. And it's a great game to play (just not around kids! There are a lot of things you might not want to have to end up explaining!)

While it isn't an official expansion to CAH, it surely works like one and along with it's Army and Coastie siblings expands the game to make all my vet friends laugh and appreciate their special touches.You need some famiiarlity with the lingo to get all the references, but otherwise a keen mind and quick wit should be enough to infer the intended message as to avoid the lifelong humiliation that goes with admitting you don't know what something is.

Hilarious. I'm not in the Navy, but I bought it for my brother's deployment. He and his shipmates love it!

I absolutely love the army edition of this game that I decided to buy my husband the navy edition. I'm pretty sure him and his sailor friends will enjoy it.
