My hair is very fine and flyaway, and I was hoping that Elnette had a mousse for normal hair because I hate it when my hair gets too brittle. I needn't have worried! This DOES say "strong hold", but it's so light that my hair absolutely loves it! The subtle, classy smell of all fragranced Elnette products is the most divine in the world.
